Located in Franklin D Roosevelt Lake, this charming house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Lake Roosevelt! Our home has an incredible view of the water, a large wrap around deck, and is about as close to the beach as legally possible. Whether you're having a gathering with friends, a family reunion, or are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you! More information The space Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Basement: Two Queen over Queen Bunk Beds You will not find a home on the entire lake (and it’s a huge lake) that can offer you more than our place. Why? A few reasons. Location, Location, Location! The National Park Service owns all of the property from the waterfront to the 1310’ elevation line. Our property starts at 1310’ and 1/8th inch! You can’t get any closer to the water than us! As the pictures show, the property offers a breathtaking view of the lake at all times of the day. You won’t believe what kind of sunsets can happen here. The proximity also benefits beach access. Within the whole community, there’s only one trail taking you down to the beach. Our property is one of the closest ones! The trail leads to a small bay that has a wonderful sandy beach protected from wind and can serve as a great spot to moor your boat if you plan on bringing one. Bring a couple beach chairs and a cooler and have yourself a day! What’s Outside: The entrance side of the house offers a well-maintained lawn and covered patio if you’re looking to enjoy the evening air while gaining respite from the sun. It is equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue—the perfect setup for summer night cookouts. If you’re in the mood to watch a sunset, deck wraps around from the back of the house to the river-facing side. Relax and unwind from your day in the sun by watching it tuck itself away behind the mountains in a picturesque display of natural beauty. What’s Upstairs: We have recently renovated our living spaces to match the beauty and feel of the surrounding area. With new floors and fresh paint on the walls, this is our favorite place to hang out. There are windows on all sides and a gorgeous butcher block table big enough for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked and should provide you with everything you need for your stay. The deck is a little high and although structurally perfect, it is also "well used" with chipped paint and some replaced and worn floor boards. Please make sure younger children and/or inebriated uncles are accompanied. What I can say for sure is it's pointing in the right direction (towards the water) and is my favorite place to have coffee in the morning. What’s Downstairs: A bonus room—ACCESSIBLE ONLY VIA A SLIDING DOOR ON THE RIVER SIDE OF THE HOUSE (all caps because some people miss that detail and get upset). If you’re looking for a fun and comfortable spot for the group to hang out indoors, this is the place for you! It has several couches and a TV. We have it hooked up to an Apple TV—a device that allows you to log in and access several online streaming services. It is HDMI compatible if you would like to bring your own device. When the pandemic hit, we set up a beautiful corner office down here as well. There is an "L" shapped desk, office chair, and spare monitor. Guest access The entire upstairs is open and available for your enjoyment. There is a TV room located downstairs and can be accessed through a sliding door on the water side of the house. The garage and remainder of the basement are set aside for storage and are unavailable for guest use at this time. Interaction with guests There is a keyless lock on the front door which can be opened by the customized code we will send you -- typically it is the last four digits of the cell phone number for the primary account holder of the reservation.

Our group really enjoyed the ample space for our group of 11. All the queen bunks downstairs along with the rooms upstairs had everyone sleeping comfortably. Great place!!

Quick walk to a nice seclude beach. Very close to seven bays Marina to launch your boat. Perfect location and friendly neighbors.

The cleaning fee is rather steep IMO. The fridge was filthy when I arrived. The location was great. I go to Seven Bays a lot. Good communication with caretaker so that was a plus :)

Location, Location, Location
This property is in the perfect location if you're planning on boating out of the Seven Bays Marina. The sunsets are incredible and the oversized kitchen table is ideal for a large group whether it's for meals or game night. The Traeger BBQ grill is a great addition to the property. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.

We had a great week! The house had everything we needed and of course we LOVED the kitchen table. Basement gave the kids a place to hangout and kitchen was well stocked. Shane was easy to work with as well. We'll be back next year!

Not quite ready, gonna be a gem when redone!
Home was in the process of remodeling, no bathroom or air flow in basement, could have used screens on the doors down there. Home was cob webbed and dirty outside. This home was over priced for what we got. Also obviously for younger folks as the master bed was on the floor, and the cupboards were full of empty pitchers.... Would love to see how this place will look after the remodel! Carpets in the bedrooms were stained and stinky. Lots of info was given AFTER we had already paid. Like access to the basement was closed off and the only way to get there was to go outside. Not good business VRBO.. Needless to say, Shane and Cody were amazing communicators and the kitchen and living space upstairs were comfy and fun! Upstairs deck not good for little grandkids. I am not trying to nitpick here as this place has huge potential! Just felt like we were mislead. Great place for young adults!

Amazing Hideaway
The property was a comfortable home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting around the large kitchen table all together was a real treat. We spent many evenings around the table playing games after dinner. The beach and water access is close by and easy to get to. We moored our boat in the bay and put in at Seven Bays which is only a few minutes away. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed.

This is a great location. It is close to Seven Bays and the boat ramp. A short walk to a good sandy beach and we could anchor our 4 boats in the bay close to the property. A group of 10 guys at Lake Roosevelt to fish. Very pleased and plan on stay here again.

A great lakeside location!
This home is located on Lake Roosevelt with nearby access to nice sandy beaches. It is perfect for large families or multiple couples with plenty of beds and two baths. There is a great view of the lake and sunsets from the deck. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the home has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location, in Seven Bays, is convenient to many areas of Lake Roosevelt, and to a store and marina. We will be back!

Perfect place for our family gathering!
We were hesitant to reserve a house on Roosevelt because we always boat camp; however, it was absolutely perfect for our family gathering with our grown kids coming home for a visit. The views were amazing with large windows and great outdoor sitting areas. The game room downstairs was so much fun for us to hang out, play ping pong, and watch movies. The owners of this home are so thoughtful in having kitchen cupboards filled with everything you need and more! The huge butcher block table with stools was so fun to sit around for breakfast in the mornings and added to the feel of true family setting. There is an easy trail down to the beach not far from the house where we were able to play in the water and moor the boat for easy access.
We LOVED our stay and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing lake vacation. Thank you to the owners for sharing their special family home to other families. We can’t wait to go back next year!

perfect Lake Roosevelt vacation house
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. The process of renting it was super easy and all of our questions were answered very quickly. The house was easy to find and had more then plenty of room for our family of five. House was super clean and the deck views were breathtaking. The location was perfect with the awesome views and the walk to the beach was less then 2 minutes. We were also able to moore our boat on the beach which eliminated the hassle of pulling it out for the night. Great place to stay and would not hesitate to recommend your house to anyone looking for a great time on Lake Roosevelt.
