Comfortable and big rooms. Nice view from the room.(14th floor). Good Location, near metro station.

Clean room. AC Worked well. Close to train station and 24hr grocery stores.
We had a very large cockroach in our room. I couldn’t kill it and it ran under the bed. The staff moved us to a different floor / room. We noticed a lot of big cockroaches on the streets and even in restaurants in Osaka. Pretty gross. They also don’t use AC in hallways of the hotel, so it smells like hot smoked turkey and dust in the hallway.
