Stanza pulita,comoda la posizione vicino al centro e al mare,staff disponibile abbiamo avuto una richiesta ed è stata prontamente soddisfatta,buona la colazione. Carino il giardinetto interno dove si fa colazione e dove abbiamo anche pranzato "al sacco". Terrazza dove poter stendere asciugamani di ritorno dal mare. Servizio navetta incluso nel prezzo del parcheggio convenzionato (10€ al giorno), purtroppo a san vito non esistono parcheggi gratuiti, o meglio ce ne sta solo uno comunale ma è lontano e buio quindi non sicuro.
Il bagno molto piccolo,si allagava quando facevi la doccia,meno male che abbiamo trovato un mocio di fuori e abbiamo asciugato,lo abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria e ne era già al corrente( non è la prima volta che comunico un problema in una struttura e mi dicono si già lo so e mi domando perché se lo sanno non lo risolvono...mah) . Non è insonorizzato, a tarda sera sono entrati due ospiti (padre e bambino) col self check in e hanno fatto una gran confusione sia in corridoio sia nella loro stanza e si sentiva tutto. Di notte si sentiva anche un rumore continuo non so se era una lavatrice una lavastoviglie o il motore di un condizionatore, non ho capito se proveniva da sopra o accanto. E i rumori della strada gente che passava etc etc. Quindi consiglierei di insonorizzare meglio.

Unfortunately we could not enjoy our stay as it was only for 1 night and there was a power cut in the whole establishment. We booked this b&b only for one night as we were on a road trip 7 days and went to la riserva dello zingaro. We needed a place to stay, eat,shower,charge our phones and ecc. We woke up at night because the emergency light in the room just opened by itself, this lasted from 1h30am to the next day and after we checked out. We could not use the wifi, nor the toilet properly, nor shower nor have breakfast in the morning before taking the road (included in the rate). There was no electricity, water and internet. We tried to contact them at night and early morning but their telephone/mobile was completely turned off until 8am, therefore it might have been also dangerous as they leave their guests with no emergency contact. The town was completely empty, low season . I travel often and I do not put bad reviews but the way this was handled and the fact that the owner had the telephone off is preocupying and I wish to let other people know. Not only they were rude when we complained about the telephone off but gave us so many excuses without giving us in any moment a compensation. Eventually they apologized but seemed pretty forced to do so. It's simple, we paid for a service that we didn't get. I hope they rectify their mistakes handle and treat better their guests when there are issues and emergencies. It's very easy to have good reviews when everything goes well.
