A localização é muito boa no centro da cidade, estacionamento incluso gratuito e custo benefício.
Não sei se eles esqueceram ou não disponibilizam o kit higiene como sabonete e shampoo, como é um prédio antigo no apto que eu fiquei não encontrei tomadas para carregar o celular.

Boa localização.
O chuveiro estava entupido, o ar condicionado não funcionava. Quartos bem antigos e sem manutenção.
