The room was clean and had everything we needed. Nice big windows too, which is a big plus!
The airconditioning was leaking water. Our shoes were underneath. Next morning they were soaked, we could basically throw them away. When I informed the reception about this problem, they seemed to be familiar with the issue. However, instead of a solution, I got a whole explanation about how they already sent engineering to fix the leak. Since we were already checking out, this didn’t help us in any way. We received nothing for the damage to our shoes. I’m glad my laptop wasn’t right underneath the ac…
