Situated in Point Venture, this charming house for $2,439 per night is a great choice for your next break. Whether a peaceful and relaxing vacation or a fun-fill weekend away, LAKEWAY PARADISE on Lake Travis is your ultimate home-away-from-home; located at the deepest part of Lake Travis and atop the hill, Lakeway Paradise is a spacious home with a gorgeous panoramic lake view and a convenient private boat dock that accommodates all your needs! Over 5000 square feet, this beautiful 3-story lake-front home offers luxurious yet comfortable accommodations for everyone. With a private boat dock and an infinity-style pool and spa, this fully furnished home has five bedrooms, including three master suites with king beds and private baths, a flat-screen tv, a sitting area, and the additional guest rooms feature queen-size beds. While you are here, you don't ever have to leave! The entire first floor is completed with fun and games in mind! It features a media room with a huge flat-screen tv and movie theater recliners, a pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade-style video game, and a poker table that's perfect for a family game night. Master Bedroom Accommodations: In our home, every floor has a master bedroom and is furnished with a king-sized bed, smart TV, plus • Third-floor master suite: panoramic lake view, king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, a twin-size bed, and a sitting area. • Second-floor master suite: private bathroom walk-in shower, chaise lounger • First-floor master bedroom: two twin-size bunk beds, a separate private bathroom Guest Bedroom Accommodations: We have two guest bedrooms on the third floor; both are furnished with a queen-sized bed. In addition, one guest room also includes one twin-sized bunk bed. Kitchen and Dining Accommodations: The kitchen includes two full-size refrigerators, a dishwasher, a built-in electrical range and oven, a microwave, a toaster, and two coffee makers (including a Keurig). We also provide pots, pans, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, tableware, flatware, etc. Indoor Entertainment Accommodations (located on the first floor): • A media room with a large flat-screen TV and theater seating. • A large entertainment area with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade video games, poker table, smart TV, and sitting area with a wet bar. • Four Yoga mats Outdoor Accommodations: • Fantastic infinity-style private pool, excellent water spa, swim-up bar, pool-side outdoor kitchen, and a lounging area great for outdoor dining. • Main floor: outdoor grill, picnic table, and panoramic balcony with outdoor benches • Private boat dock: perfect for fishing, sunbathing, Yoga, picnic, or stand-up paddle boarding. • Garage: ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, air hockey, and a pool table. **Important Note: 12 guests max allowed at all times. 5 vehicles max allowed at all times.

We had a great time at Calvin & Chloe’s home. It has a great view of the lake, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and Calvin & Chloe were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and very accommodating.

Stayed here with 10 friends and the house had everything we could have needed:
-Kayaks and SUP boards down at dock
-Pool and hot tub overlooking the lake
-Movie room we all hung out in at night
-More games in the garage as well
The host was also very responsive to any questions throughout the entire trip which made it a breeze staying there.
If you do want to get out of the house for a bit, there’s a brewery nearby with pickle ball that we were able to check out.
Highly recommend finding a good group and renting this for a few days. Couldn’t have asked for a better house, location or host!

This is a beautiful house and the pictures online are exactly what it looks like, even down to the decor. Beautiful views and lots to do. We enjoyed the media room, infinity pool, game room, everything! The a/c worked great and both refrigerators seemed new. Plenty of towels and all the serving dishes and appliances you would need. They even have an Insta-Pot. We will definitely stay here again. There is a spiral staircase in the house to get to all the floors and it is a trek down to the boat pier so if you have any walking/climbing disabilities, this house may not be for you.

The property is definitely older. The stairs could be an issue for some. Lots of levels inside and out. The house was very convenient to the venue that we were at so that worked out well. Manager was very responsive.

We had an amazing family vacation here! Fun for everyone in our group from 3-59 years old. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies/essentials, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc. The owners had a shelf in the pantry to share with guests; never seen that at any other VRBO. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lots of towels and wash cloths. It did lack body wash which was not a problem since we brought it. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. We brought our boat and left it at the spacious dock with no problem where we enjoyed paddle boats and paddle boards. Lakeway Marina is a close boat ride for rentals/supplies and Pete’s floating restaurant was a 2 minute boat ride, from the house, where we enjoyed food and drinks and feeding the fish. Grocery stores/shopping are also a close car driving distance. The house is older and could use some paint on the outside but it was very clean and it didn’t stop us from enjoying everything from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, games, movie room, kitchen, living room, balcony’s (with beautiful views and sunsets), barbecue area, etc. Communication was great during our whole stay and questions were answered quickly along with being checked on throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

The description of this home is misrepresented. Renters beware! We spent a considerable amount of money for a one week rental and we’re welcomed with a dirty interior and exterior. We spent the first three days of our trip cleaning, inside and outside, and going back and forth with the owner and manager discussing the poor state of the home. One toilet barely functioned, and had feces in it upon arrival. There were numerous non-functioning items, broken amenities, and worn out elements: one refrigerator needed to be reset and spoiled our food, the outdoor kitchen inoperable, grimey, and in serious need of repairs. The spare grill took 1.5 hours to clean, shattered window in one master bedroom, towel bars falling off walls, poor water pressure in one shower, trip hazards in the home, pool filled with debris and water turning yellow, dock filled with a jumble of broken and poorly maintained water sports equipment, broken pinball machine, pool table with three cues that were all broken, broken theatre room chairs, bugs in two bathrooms and one bedroom, broken bunk beds, front door lock not functioning for days, and assorted other issues.
The manager and owner were somewhat responsive in the first few days of this ordeal. The owner promised a refund for our trouble and the state of the home. At the end of our trip I requested a reasonable partial refund for our troubles, and the owner immediately ignored my correspondence. Note, the owner and manager do not utilize the VRBO app. for communications and only like to communicate via text. This is very suspicious and I suspect they hope to keep communications off a trackable device.
This home is very worn and well used. This is not a compliment. The location is good, but far overpriced, and does not deliver what is advertised. Be careful of bait and switch advertising with this home.
There needs to be more honesty in the reviews of this home. The owner had lots of excuses, and did not want to take responsibility for the condition of this home. These issues didn’t occur in a short period of time. This home has been heavily used and poorly maintained over a long period of time. Unfortunately VRBO does not allow photos to be attached to reviews. I have plenty of photos documenting the poor condition of this home.
Save your money, and provide yourself a better vacation experience by avoiding this home.

of people in listing. The house was in great condition with a view that was amazing. There are windows on three sides of the house affording s panoramic view of Lake Travis. Even though houses were on either side you never knew it due to great landscaping. We were there with our three children and 5 little grandchildren. The house had everything we needed. The pool afforded so much fun for young and old. The theater room was amazing. So many opportunities for playing games on lower level.. All equipment was in good working order. The amount of linens provided was more than adequate as were shower supplies. The only critique is the condition of the boat dock. It has a lot of sway to iit. Wondering how securely it is attached. But nice water toys down there. The garage also has some fun games in there. Older but great for some outside fun. The garage floor is tiled and pretty clean. It is lighted and has floor fans and a refrigerator! I unreservedly recommend this property and will return again.

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the layout of the home was great for a larger group to all be spread out. We loved that the game room was downstairs because it kept it separated. We did not actually use the movie room so can't speak to that. The home was clean, well supplied for our large group (9 people). The views can no be beat. The property management company was extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We all walked away saying we would absolutely stay there again.
We especially enjoyed the neighborhood peacock who seemed to take a liking to the area next to the house downstairs to shade him/her self!

The bikes all had flat tires and did not look usable. The dock had two peddle boats covered in sludge, rust, and feces. The kayaks looked usable but we didn't feel like cleaning the spider webs and dust to get them down. The "theater" was a big letdown - they didn't have the proper cables to connect the receiver to the TV, and therefore we could not have sound nor connect other devices to the TV. Open those cabinets if you dare. Not a big deal, but only one of the theater recliners actually reclined.
One of the most disturbing factors of this home was the plumbing and air ducts. Black mold surrounded the furnace air filter system, along with mouse feces and dead cockroaches. Think about that while you breath in that air. The exposed plumbing leaks were simply "duct-taped". I wish VRBO would let you upload photos for reviews.
The house was stocked with most kitchen cooking essentials. However, we had no propane to grill with, no extra garbage bags, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper. The grill by the pool was rusted and very dirty (I'd be shocked if it worked). We finally found the extra towels on the third day, soaking wet and still in the washing machine.
The pool was heated to a perfect temp, and the tank for the hot tub worked well. However the pool clearly has not had a good clean in a while and there were even drops of blood around the pool area.
There was no check-in or check-out process through the VRBO app and the manager insisted on using personal texting for communications. The property manager was very kind and responsive, however, clearly has no idea the shape of this listing. Don't get me wrong, the view on Lake Travis is amazing. But without some VERY simple fixes here and there, it's not worth the price tag. I seriously encourage the owners to spend a couple weeks at this location, live in it, see what needs fixing, and update the photos.

This large lakeside property was perfect to house all 10 of us.
Family came from 3 different States so it had to offer plenty of space, a variety of fun activities ( shuffleboard and the media room were the big hits) and a beautiful location. All the meals were easy to prepare with the fully stocked kitchen.

Family came from 3 different States so it had to offer plenty of space, a variety of fun activities ( shuffleboard and the media room were the big hits) and a beautiful location. All the meals were easy to prepare with the fully stocked kitchen.

Cons: House has an expensive cleaning fee and frankly isn't cheap, yet was filthy, found multiple used chewing tobacco "snus" packets on the floor next to the chairs in the media room, beer cans and cups all over the dock, a dip can on the patio, windows hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. Spider webs everywhere in the house, outside on all of the porches, and on the dock, and not just a "it's spider season" but like no one cleaned the property in over a month amount of spider webs. Spent 20 minutes cleaning webs so we could get in out of our boat the first day. Per other reviews half the game room toys are broken. Hot tub doesn't work.
Overall: Had a good time with the family, wouldn't rebook as is, which is sad as it could be an epic home. Priced like a premium property, looked after like a motel 8.
