About this condo rental
Situated in Bad Reichenhall, this attractive condo for $106 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The spacious apartment consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath), 1 toilet. The living room and one bedroom have access to the garden which can be used. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, electric stove with oven and dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining table and a cozy sitting area. WiFi, TV and sandpit available. The non-smoking apartment with approx. 85 m is located on the entire floor of the ground floor of a 2 family house with a wonderful panoramic view of all mountains. The house is in a secluded location above the Nonner Church and is only about 3 km from downtown Bad Reichenhall, which can be reached on foot or by bike through the Nonner Au. The fantastic location combines sun, tranquility and mountains without being far from the urban flair and the popular excursion destinations. An ideal vacation spot for families or guests looking for peace and relaxation. The Mozart city of Salzburg, the Salzkammergut, Berchtesgaden, the Königssee and the beautiful Chiemgau can be reached in a short time. Your apartment is surrounded by nature and hiking trails (you can hike directly from the house to the Hochstaufen). Pets on request. Equipped with bed linen and towels (no large bath towels).

We look forward to returning in the next few years and renting the same house because we loved it so much. The pictures don't give it any justice, and the spectacular view of my hometown from the terrace and the serenity of the location made us look forward to coming home from day trips to nearby sightseeing attractions. (Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are 19 kilometers away in opposite directions) Everything was nearby, and we covered a lot of walking trails in Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding areas. We got there during a hot weather spell, and the house’s location had a nice cooler breeze in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed that as well. I had to do some remote work, and we were perfectly connected, with no interruptions. The meadows around us had a flock of sheep, and there were horses. The church down below announced the time and is a beloved community-kept landmark. The home was clean and kitchen had all that I needed. The bathrooms were classic European that I'm accustomed to, so I can't compare them with what we used to in the U.S. I would highly recommend this little gem in the lower meadows of Nonn. Can't wait for another visit.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und hell und ist freundlich und praktisch ausgestattet. Von zwei Seiten hat man Zugang zum Garten, der überall eine schöne Aussicht bietet. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt und man kann direkt wandern. Auch Bad Reichenhall ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist super schön in der Natur gelegen! Abseits von viel Trubel zwischen Kühen, Weiden und den Bergen. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Naturnaher Urlaub in den Bergen
Die großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht (Spül- und Waschmaschine, Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Spielsachen). Das Haus ist naturnah mit traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und tollen Außensitzmöglichkeiten, sowie nahen Wanderwegen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und herrlich gelegen. Der Sitzplatz auf der kleinen Terrasse vorm Wohnzimmer bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Kirche von Nonn, auf Bad Reichenhall und die gegenüberliegenden Berge.
Freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe mit Frau Erben, die uns zudem gute praktische Tipps gab.
Beste Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, und auch Bad Reichenhall selbst bietet viele schöne und interessante Ecken.

Traumhafte Lage mit grandiosem Blick. Tolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Mehrere Möglichkeiten entspannt draußen zu sitzen und zu frühstücken. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Tolle Lage
Die Lage am Wanderweg zum Hochstaufen, der Blick über Bad Reichenhall, die Frühstückssonne ab 6:10 Uhr auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer sind fantastisch.
Bei den Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus kann man schattige und sonnige Plätze finden.
Leider hört man die Straße aus dem Tal, aber man gewöhnt sich dran.
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Toll gelegene, saubere Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage oberhalb des Ortskerns von Bad Reichenhall sorgt für Ruhe, herrliche Bergpanoramen und man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus Wanderungen starten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.
Wir würden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen.

Kleines Idyll
Die charmante Wohnung war rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Im Garten genießt man Blumen in allen Farben. Besonders ansprechend fanden wir auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Tassen und Teller, die z.T. von der Vermieterin selbst hergestellt wurden. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben...

Große Wohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Besonders der Blick auf die umliegende Gegend und die gute Lage für Wanderungen, aber auch die Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums (schnell mit dem Auto, aber auch zu Fuß) hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Gute Unterkunft, wenn man Wanderungen unternehmen möchte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und der Außenbereich lädt bei gutem Wetter zum sitzen ein.

Herrliche Lage und Blick auf Bad Reichenhall und Berge. Je nach Navigationssystem nicht einfach zu finden, aber mit Hilfe der Vermieterin problemlos.

Toll!
Super schöne Lage, nettes Haus mit Terassen mit jeweils tollem Blick, Schafherde auf der Wiese nebenan, mehrere Wanderungen inkl. einer spektakulrären Gipfeltour kann man vom Haus aus machen. Können wir (zwei Erwachsene mit 3 Tenagern) auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ruhiges und einfaches Feriendomizil mit toller Aussicht auf Bad Reichenhall
Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor und während des Aufenthalts, einfache und zweckmäßige Einrichtung der Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses in Nonn und dennoch nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum von Bad Reichenhall (zu Fuß ca. 20min, mit Auto etwa 8-10min), super Aussicht über Bad Reichenhall mit Blick auf den Predigtstuhl. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern zwei erholsame Wochen gehabt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

This is a fairly spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on a hill with beautiful views. There is a shared garden and use of a few garden chairs on the garden path. The apartment stays fairly cool in the hot weather. It was very helpful that Margarete met us at the property on arrival to show us around and answer our questions. We appreciated her warm welcome.
Overall we found the apartment rather tired and lacking in several items that would have made our stay more pleasant ie toaster, microwave oven, vegetable peeler, baking dish, serving spoons, bedside tables, bedside lamps, bath towels (we were given 9 hand towels for our family of 5), towel rail in the bathroom, clothes hook in the bathroom, lightweight blankets and sheets (there were only very warm duvets). The kitchen is badly designed with cupboards over the hob and sink, and there was no cupboard or shelf space for our groceries.
The apartment was fairly clean, just some cobwebs.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax of 3.40 euros per person per day payable on arrival.
Although Bad Reichenhall is not an attractive town, it is a convenient location from which to explore more scenic locations in Bavaria such as around Berchtesgaden and also within easy reach of Salzburg and the Alps. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
