We've updated our spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Hyco Lake home to serve as your weekend getaway. New appliances, floors and comfy furniture await you and your guests. Our open floor plan makes this charming home perfect for hosting. Enjoy our lakeside deck/dock, fishing, grilling, corn hole or just relax and float in the cove with your favorite drink. If you own or are planning to rent a boat there are ramps for easy launching from the recreation park located off Kelly Brewer Road.
You'll love our screened in porch and the master bedroom walks out to the back patio. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise.
Linens, bath towels, beach towels, an air mattress, floats and games are included.

We use vrbo a lot for mini vacations ect. and always rely on reviews for more details- hope this is helpful! This home was one of the best we have stayed in. It was fully stocked with just about everything you would need for a long weekend. All you really need is your personal items/clothes and food! Very spacious and clean! The owner was also responsive to questions we had before arriving and after check in. The boat dock was great for fishing or swimming. There are many floats for use in the boat house along with life jackets. As other reviews noted- there is no cable. We were prepared and brought DVDs for our toddler but most the time we were outside. They also have many DVDs for use and a gaming system if you’re into that.There is a gas grill for use. The screened patio was also great for evening drinks. Although it was a holiday weekend and there were many neighbors out on their docks- it was very peaceful and relaxing. One other note to add that I saw mentioned is the steep driveway. We had no issues but definitely need 4 wheel drive to get back up it. However, it is rather short, so not an issue unless maybe traveling with elderly. We also made two trips to Walmart which is only about 20 minutes away. There were a few smaller stores closer if you needed something basic. Overall great stay! We hope to book again here in the future.
