Have stayed before. Convenient for early flight. We went to nearby Mcdonald's for dinner and the supermarket 2 minutes walk from the guesthouse too. Only a short walk from train station is a bonus.
Getting into room was easy and the whole place was spotless.
Check-in passport scan worked fine but video recording got stuck this time. If I were to nick-pick, an improvement is perhaps some curtains over the the small window of room B on 2/F... street light or sunlight shone in, making it hard to sleep

Conveniently location near Izumisano train station on Nankai line. Only 2 stops from airport. Great for late flights into Kansai International.
Super clean and tatamis were comfortable. Easy to check in and awesome value for money.
Not very sound proof.

Location is very convenient for an early/late flight, good value for money
If you a solo female traveller, avoid this property. Room’s lock is extremely weak, shared shower has glass door (yes, it is matte so not perfectly seen through at least) and not closing properly, it is not allowed to use a hairdryer. You are not allowed to use shower between 11pm and 5am as far as i remember, didn’t make a photo of that note. And I’m used to shared properties, but this one i wouldn’t stay in if I was staying alone.
Walls are really thin, so how well you are going to sleep depends entirely on how nice the neighbors are. Futons are pretty thin.
