Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $425 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The highly sought-after middle beach location of this beautiful front row beach house offers the most expansive beach the Village of Surfside has to offer. Located in a private sub-division, you are steps away from the beach using the sub-division's designated walking path that provides beach access. Your serenity is enhanced with the sounds of ocean waves and sea birds day and night. Enjoy sunrise on the ocean-front deck and sunsets on the bay-side deck. This beach house boasts 4 corner bed rooms surrounding a large open-concept living area with 2 sliding glass doors for easy access to the 40 foot deck and fantastic beach front Gulf views. The living area is open-concept, with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beam that provides a spacious and relaxing venue to take in the views or watch the activity on the beach. Furnishings include a leather love seat and couch, dining room table that seats 10, breakfast nook table that seats 4 and a bar that seats 4-6. The open-concept makes meal preparation fun and allows interaction with family and guests while cooking. The living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer queen beds with spectacular ocean front views. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 offers 2 twin bunk beds (top and bottom), for a total of 4 twin beds. The leather couch in the living area is a queen sleeper sofa. The house comfortably sleeps 13, with room for blow-up mattresses to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, refrigerator and glass top stove with oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that you can prepare that fresh-caught Gulf seafood meal. The downstairs is equipped with a BBQ pit, 3 picnic tables and benches, and an outdoor shower and water faucet. The concrete pad is perfect for hosting large groups, where everyone can enjoy the Gulf breeze. NOTE: COVID 19 We cannot guarantee that the house is COVID 19 free at the time of rental. There are too many unknowns about the virus for anyone to do that. We do guarantee that we use Lysol disinfectant products available in grocery stores in the following areas: the kitchen and bathroom counters and on doorknobs, light switches and faucets. We use contact-free check in and check out procedures. The renter assumes any risk of COVID 19 presence in the house or on the grounds. The renter is encouraged to disinfect as desired at the time of move in.

Perfect location, beach view amazing. Coffee on the deck overlooking the water was our favorite time of day.

Beautiful home right on the beach. There was plenty of room for the extended family that stayed with us. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The beach was clean and just a short walk out the door. Dont' be discouraged that there is no wooden walkway to access the beach. The pathway to the beach was all grass with no problems walking barefoot. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Rental property was just as described, very close to the beach. I was concerned with not having a wooden walkover but it was not a problem at all. Owner allowed us to check in early once the home had been cleaned. Only one complaint and owner offered to address it immediately.

Situated on the beach for easy access. The sunrise in the morning over the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. Beds comfortable. Water pressure was amazing. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Easy and beautiful drive to Galveston when you feel like a night on the town. Owner/Manager easy to contact and answered any questions we had. We had a couple hiccups like ants inside getting on all our food, mosquitoes were the worse downstairs under house, they will carry you away, water was a yellow/brown the entire stay. Even with those hiccups we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great family getaway
House is older but updated. Cute decoration, comfy beds. Especially loved the large dining table where all 8 of us could eat our meals together, and the game table for small groups. Location on beacg is excellent!

Everything you'd expect
We had a blast at this beach house. It's decorated so cute, and is quite spacious. Even with 13 of us staying there, nobody felt cramped. The front deck is in the shade during the evenings and absolutely great for hanging out enjoying the view. If it's too hot, you can even sit inside and have a great view from the comfort of a/c!
The short private walk down to the beach was the best part. The convenience of being able to walk back and forth as often as needed (no loading up coolers, kids, and sand in your vehicle, or hunting for bathrooms) is worth more than money can buy!
Definitely would recommend.
