Nestled in Surfside Beach, this charming house for $402 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beachfront, family-friendly, non-smoking, vacation home is a wonderful retreat with two master suites. (Both with French doors opening to seaside balcony.) Enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee on the deck. Set up umbrellas and chairs for a day at the beach. Play in the sand and surf, grilling burgers or the fish you catch. Watch for dolphins while enjoying the coastal birds. Custom kitchen & baths (granite, stainless steel, tile, seamless glass shower doors). The wide, 40 foot wrap-around deck offers unbeatable views of the Texas Gulf Coast! *Seeking guests & families who will respect and enjoy this beautiful beachfront home. The oversize deck includes a long picnic table + lounge chairs, with plenty of room for sunning, reading, or just gathering with friends and family. You will find two picnic tables on the concrete patio under the house. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is provided. The dune walkover is steps from your front door. The open kitchen overlooks the comfortable living area, allowing everyone to be together. The kitchen is well-equipped, providing everything needed by the cooks in the group. Six bedrooms. Three queen bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. House accommodates 15 people, including children & babies. Sleeps 15. Maximum occupancy includes children & babies. FIFTEEN (15) FIRM! *Day guests with written permission (not exceeding a total of 15 guests in the house). Six (6) vehicles - maximum. Bed linens + 15 bath towels provided. *No linen fee. Free WiFi. Property well maintained. Good amenities, everything we needed we could find especially the kitchen. I cooked our Thanksgiving meal and meals for 4 days. Loved the plethora of utensils, blender and coffee makers, (individual pod or multiple cup carafe). Easy access to beach, comfy beds, and lots of cozy blankets. My family loved it.

We stayed at this location for a family vacation in early October. The weather was cooler, and the water was still warm enough to swim in.
The house was very clean and very well maintained. There was a delicious apple pie waiting for us when we checked in.
The view from the living room is great with so many windows. There were plenty of beach chairs to use on the beach.
The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay here!

I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed staying at “Seas The Day”. Located right on the Surfside beachfront, but since the road/driveway doesn’t extend to the beach itself there was only occasional foot traffic on the walkway over the dunes. The host was responsive and helpful, the house was clean Clean CLEAN (far cleaner than any beach house I’ve ever seen). Solid stairways/railings, and overall construction/condition was top-notch. Nice furnishings, well-stocked kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc., great appliances. Solid internet service, and the TVs all worked well. The bedrooms were exactly as described, high-quality beddings and towels, super bathrooms with great showers and plumbing. Hot water smelled sulfur-y at first but dissipated after some use, which the pro plumber in our party says “means the water heater needs a new anode rod” (apparently a quick/inexpensive fix). Although we brought our own propane tank we were unable to get the downstairs grill to light. Thankfully the large oven sufficed.
All in all, a wonderful weekend at a really nice rental. Über-highly recommended!

Well designed for a large family get together. Plenty of rooms. Great gathering area. Nice views and deck with a short walk to the beach. The manager was amazingly responsive. When we lost air conditioning, it was fixed within two hours. Highly recommended and would go again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Perfect place for a family gathering. House was perfect for us. Not disappointed at all. Only note ... water smells terrible when showering but that's not property owners fault. Take plenty of drinking water. Sure can't drink water from faucets. Had plenty of boogie boards for the grandkids. Deck is great. Having an outdoor shower is great for beach days.

We were so amazed at the beautiful and spacious accommodations. Debbie was always quick and helpful in response to our questions. Her warning about the crowded beach on Memorial Weekend was helpful. We were able to easily get out to the beach with our tents early and reserve our spot. The beach was much quieter after the long weekend. Everyone in our family of 12 enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a couple of days and had an excellent time. The location is great and we loved being able to walk over to the beach. Everything was clean and Debbie was very great. We would stay here again.

We had a great time. The home was clean and ready, we are right on the beach. Living room and dining were bigger than the picture for 12 of us, so we all had a place when we ate or played games. The beach chairs were fantastic to have. The grill worked really well. The multiple bathrooms were a blessing and we always had hot water. Thanks for a great family vacation.

The house was right on the beach and had great views of the Gulf from first and second floor balconies. The kitchen was well stocked and communication with the property manager was simple and easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. All around we loved the stay and may visit again soon.

The house was spotless and well stocked. And the view was perfect! Debbie's aunt made a delicious banana pudding dessert to welcome us and checked in to make sure all was well. We had a minor issue with the grill that she corrected right away.

Great location and house. Very clean and equipped with most everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We loved the sheet cake delivered to us!
Owner only allows 6 cars, so be prepared if you have teens that want their own car, a spouse that is still working during the week or a boat. Also, don’t plan for an adult to sleep on the top bunks.

Excellent time and very nice property!
The property was very clean and nicely updated. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. We stayed over 4th of July and Debbie had a Texas Sheet cake delivered to our family during our stay. It was so kind of her. We did not have any issues during our stay or with the property.

There was a large family group in front of the house that even stayed all night. It's hard enough to watch several small children at the beach without throwing moving cars into the mix. When I rented a house several years ago in a different neighborhood there were no cars on the beach, so I assumed (MY fault) that it was the same all over. So, if you're okay with the crowds and the driving, this is a wonderful place to stay. It just wasn't for us.
