About this house rental
Nestled in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $399 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Adorable 3 bdrm, 2.5 bth beach house w/ amazing views of the Gulf, a covered deck with wonderful views, a comfy bunk room, and enough beds for up to 15 guests. The downstairs master has a king bed, gel memory foam mattress, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, including a bunk room with triple full and triple twin beds (sleeps 9), another room with a queen bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have amazing views. The living area has two full size leather couches, one containing a queen size pull out bed. 10131. Up to two pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee. Please let us know when booking that you are bringing pets. Dogs only, please. We also have a 6 seater golf cart for rent, with golf cart cover during cold months. It is $125 per night with a $250 fully refundable deposit. It is street legal with headlights, rear and side mirrors, license plate, and safety triangle. It also has a bluetooth radio with speakers and a gas engine. Please let us know when booking if you are interested in renting the cart. You must book the golf cart for your entire stay, if interested. PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras on the outside of the building. They are located under the house, at the top of the stairs, and on the deck. There are no cameras inside.

The house was perfect for our group of two families. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the extras that were provided. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were lots of beach toys available too. Access to the beach was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would definitely book again!

Such a great find! Christina was available for all of my questions at any time. Super clean as well! My boys had such a good time and the 30 sec walk to the beach was amazing. Not over crowded and lots of things to do. Some of the locals even had a party and the live music was awesome. I really enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around porch every night and morning.
We had a little hiccup with our car 30 mins past check out and one of the neighbor came to give us a jump. Thank you so much Christina, such a great little community and we will definitely be back! :)

Property was clean, very well kept and had plenty of room for our family of 14. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The house was equipped with more that what you need and is very close to beach. We rented the golf cart for our entire stay and really enjoyed having it. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the beach in that area. I have always heard yucky things about Texas beaches but we loved it.

Perfect Beach Vacay
Blue Pelican was the perfect house for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was fresh, cool and clean upon our arrival. The complementary toiletries and cold bottled water were a nice touch. Our kids loved their “kid cave”. We added on the optional golf cart and found it very useful for hauling our gear to the beach. The beach and water were beautiful and we enjoyed three full days of sand and saltwater! Communications with Christina were quick and always helpful. We highly recommend Blue Pelican!

Great Place
The house was great. Located a few steps from the beach, but renting the golf cart was by far the best idea. You can load all of your stuff on the golf cart and park it in the garage when you get back so it's ready for the next day. The house has everything you need. The beds were comfy and TV had all the movies and streaming services needed to relax in the evening. We will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall vibe was beachy and comfortable. The managers were easy and quick to respond with questions and when we did not bring our dog, we were refunded the pet deposit promptly.

The only downfall was the steps to the ramp going to the beach but I do not blame the owners as it was a community ramp. Beach Getaway
We had a comfortable getaway - our stay made it comfortable. The beach house was walking distance from the beach - convenience! Apart from this - the place was clean, spacious, accommodating with home items (for kitchen, bedding, laundry, toys, pet friendly). Thank you So much my family enjoyed their stay very much!

The outside shower was so nice to have and plenty of parking . And it is so close to the beach . The only downfall is the stairs must have washed away on the walk way to the beach witch is nothing to do with the owners of the home . But I would definitely love to rent this home again.
