We had such a great time staying at this condo. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella there for our use as well as the full kitchen. It was very clean and pleasant.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was within walking distance. Beach was exceptional with its beautiful sand and colorful waters!! Would definitely do this again!!

This was the perfect place for our family of four! We loved how nice and clean the place was, the outdoor area was so nice, having such close access to the pool was great, being able to go to any of the other pools was also awesome, though we spent most of our time on the beach. We drove and staked out our front row beach spot by 7:15 each morning-highly recommended. The walk from the beach isn’t bad, but definitely not one you’d want to do multiple times per day in the heat. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was well equipped, pots and pans were in good shape and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to the Destin area. The description of the property was spot on. Easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Great location, centrally located and close to beach. shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed, however the bed was quite hard which is a matter of preference.

It was a nice area and clean. It was not right off the beach, but still close enough to walk. Also quiet!

We had a fabulous time! Our condo was exactly like we were told. We took our little dog and there were a lot of places to walk him with doggie spots with garbage cans and bags! We loved it!!! We stayed in multiple places and have been going for over 15 tears and this was one our favorite places now! The location was close to anything you needed. Thanks and we will be back next year!!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we need, it was comfortable/cozy. The host was very responsive and available to talk to. The location was close to everything but at the same time very quiet and relaxing. We were grateful for the opportunity to stay there and I recommend it.

Like a home away from home. Nice that there are only 4 units in the building and the villa is located on the ground floor. Very easy in and out with a pet.

The condo was beautiful, the beach was perfect, and the location was great. Lots of places to eat at and things to do within walking distance!

We had a couple of days in this condo and loved it! It was perfect location to walk to the beach since my husband took the car to golf. Beach: was 10 minute walk. I have a back pack beach chair that held everything in needed for a day at the beach. We didn’t use the parking lot because it was a holiday weekend. The resort did have a small bus at the parking lot to take you back to the condo that I noticed during the weekend. Be sure to bring your beach chair, towels and cooler this is not provided by the condo. Kitchen: had plenty of pots, pans,cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls. They provide two packages for washing dishes and one dish scrubber, one paper towel. And a bunch is silverware. However there is isn’t anything such as salt/pepper or other things that you some times find for cooking. Bathroom: plenary of hot water and was really nice to have a sink outside of the bathroom. They provided us with 4 towels and wash rags and 2 toilet paper rolls. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that was nice to have. Bedroom: Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Extra in the hall closet. Patio: by far was our favorite. Table with 6 chairs and 2 swivel chairs. We enjoyed our coffee there every mornings. Other things we loved: the pool was right out the patio door to the left however you could not see it for all the beautiful plants. Pickle ball court is 30 steps from the condo. Charcoal grill right out the back door that shared by other units. We only saw it being used once. The condo was Really quiet as was the area around us. Communication with the management company was amazing. They get 5 stars! It was SO nice to have Georgia Peach sitting outside with us. The area behind the condo has a ton of grass space for her to play and enjoy. We ate out dinner every night and I think the furthest we had to drive was 15 minutes. A ton of restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a wedding on Miramar Beach, was a perfect location. Liked how the accommodations were rustic versus high rise accommodations. Unit was perfect for us.

Quit, pet friendly, clean, well equipped, convenient to beach (very short distance)...we walked, rode bikes and parked free along the beach. Big back yard, beautiful trees and birds while sitting on private patio. Extra bath sink nice. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!! Owner is very quick to respond and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. My boys slept on the very comfortable pullout couch bed. The king size bed was also comfortable. I liked how there was a sink vanity right outside of the actual bathroom-that came in handy! Short walk to the ocean but if you need to drive there is parking right across the rd from the beach. Very nice neighborhood! We will be booking with Mihaela DiPietro for next years beach trip.
