The location was perfect like 3 min from aqua park and 5 from the sea

Loved it!

Location could have been better.

The property was very clean. The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly. The food and drinks were good with plenty of variety, something for everyone. The bed was so comfortable and the suite was very clean.

Nothing everything was good.

Our room was great, very clean, majority of staff were very helpful, some not so!

On our last day I had booked to go on a day trip, as weren’t flying home until midnight, check out was 11am, knowing that we would want to be showered and fresh for our flight home, I asked for a late check out of 9pm and pay the €5 per hour charge, I asked numerous times about this from 24 hours and more if this would be allowed, I was told by two different receptionist that this would t be a problem and that they would speak to their supervisor to confirm, however it should be fine, I would need to double check again on the morning of our check out, as were being picked up by coach at 9.20am for our day trip, I could get confirmation from 7am, I went to reception at 8am, expecting to be told that all was fine for late check out as I had been led to believe this, to be told no, I could t have it, 2.30pm was the latest they could give me, even though I had been previously told that nobody was going in my room after me and there was plenty of availability on booking.com for this hotel also. This meant we had to quickly pack all our stuff to drop off at reception, get breakfast too before 9.20am as we wouldn’t be returning from our trip until 6pm. Very disappointing as were led to believe it would t be a problem? I asked where we could leave our cases and shower and get ready for flight, I was told the wellness room would be available for us to use and that it was fine to get ready in there and that no one would be really using it at that time.
