Not including bedsheets and towel is not acceptable

Needed to drive to another hotel 5 minutes away to get keys!

That I book a place to stay, and the bedsheets and towels are NOT included!!!!! That is just trying to rip me off. If it had been clearly stated at the top it could have been ok, but it is not; the price 225 NOK? is not even stated on the booking.com website. For a singlenight stay for 3 people, it is a 40% price hike, which makes this place not worth the stay.

We spent nice time in beautiful village, apartment was spacious kitchen has good equipment.

View from windows, good location, possibility to use a pool in main hotel building about 1 km away from apartment

Poor apartment, abysmal service, premium price

Nothing here was actually above average

Check-in process was the worst we have ever encountered, we had to drive to a separate location to do so. We then had to collect our own towels and linen before driving back again, and even then had to call again to find out where our apartment was located (and we weren’t then only ones lost). The apartment itself was not very clean, in particular the bed mattress covers had some VERY dubious stains on them. Although this was meant to be a non smoking room, there were ashtrays on the balcony for each apartment and there was a stench of smoking around. Despite instructions such as leaving the dishwasher empty, we found it full. And the instructions for having to clean the apartment ourselves meant that we left it considerably cleaner than when we arrived. Finally, on leaving we had to wrap up and return, to the separate location, all our bed linen and towels. And all this is NOT at a low cost stay. So in summary it was a poor stay with abysmal customer services at a premium price.

Stor leilighet som passet godt for 4 mennesker. Tilgang til hyggelig uteplass under tak. Parkering uten problemer.
