The hotel suited my style of travelling really well. I could have a quiet breakfast in the morning, head out for the day and return in the evening when I wanted to rest. Everything felt simple and relaxed rather than rushed. The staff were courteous and gave clear, detailed answers whenever I asked about something.

The front desk girls are absolute angels, always smiling and ready to help. I really enjoyed the morning iced coffee and hot noodle soup at breakfast, simple but tasty. You do have to grab a taxi to get into the main town for dinner, but honestly, for what you pay, you really can’t complain.

Since we were staying with my parents, who are older, we needed a few things that we probably wouldn’t have asked for otherwise. The reception team handled everything with great patience and a really friendly attitude. They even helped us change to a lower floor almost immediately, which made things much easier for my parents. The room was fresh and pleasant, and we slept well without much traffic noise at night. Seafood lovers should just take a short Grab ride to the waterfront. Excellent value for the price.

Pictures looked good
Hotel is run down, no hot water in bathroom for entire stay even those we raised with reception - nothing done to sort it. Location is too fr out of the way. Restaurant was closed and the buffet breakfast was very average.
