Really confortable place. The staff helped us with the booking of a couple of activities, was always cheerful, and even helped us recover and send back my lost wallet. We are glad to have chosen the Ibis Natal for our stay in the city!
Not much I can think of. I'd say the location is not especially close to anything but the highway, which is good in case like us that you travel by car to different spots. Aside from that, no downsides.

Very late check-in possible at 4:00am after a night flight from Rio. Staff member on duty greeted me with my first name!!! All facilities up to the usual ibis Hotel standards.
