Skansen Holiday

The two rooms upstairs are very comfortable. The toilets are very nice with hot water also at night. Very nice view to the lake. Very close to the beac, water activities and tennis court.

The two beds downstairs are not comfortable. The beds downstairs are located at the kitchen and making something causes them to wake up.

Great place to stay - close to the airport, but with a rural, relaxing feel. The room was very clean, and breakfast was amazing - a huge variety of delicious items to choose from.

Being a wooden structure, we could hear people above us walking around at 4 am and it sounded like they were in our room (maybe they had to catch an early flight). Earplugs are provided though. Our main complaint is related to the restaurant - although breakfast was incredible, we also had dinner at Skansen Smakow, and it was underwhelming at best. The beetroot soup was so salty that I couldn't eat it, and the meat croquette that came with it was virtually tasteless. The server offered to bring me a different soup, but by that time we were already finished our meal, so I declined. The pierogies were okay, but were not nearly as good as the ones we had in other restaurants in Poland, and the salmon was okay (lots of bones). Regarding service, when we first arrived at the restaurant to inquire if there was a table available for dinner, we were ignored by staff for at least 5 minutes (though they clearly knew we were there). We had to initiate communication - they didn't make eye contact nor ask if they could help us. If I stayed here again, I would opt to try the pizzeria next door.

Shower flow rate should be higher

Despite the location close to the airport and a busy road, it's very quiet. Everything's clean, new and well looked after. And the breakfast is super good.
