If you look for both beach and old town activities, the apartment has great location. 10 minutes by walk to Kolovare and same to old town gate. The apartment is equipped with all you need to live and even much much more comparing to usual hotels. Bars (fantastic), restaurants, shops, ferry - all nearby. Luka (owner) is available, helpful and so much supportive. View from balcony on marina and old town wall behind. It's a flat in bigger building.

Location of the apartment is excellent - 5 mins walk up to the bridge into Old Town and 5 mins walk to the nearest beach (although - you can walk a little further for a sandy one).
Nothing stood out as something to dislike about the property.

Brilliant apartment! Great location easy walk to the old town. Spacious apartment that has plenty of room for 3 people. Having a second toilet was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen but there are so many eating options that the kitchen was hardly used. Luka was a wonderful host who provided lots of information. Would stay here again.
Not a criticism but the hot water was a bit slow to heat between showers but we worked out a system.
