The 4BR, 4BA modern mission-style home offers upgrades galore, including a movie theater room, deluxe kitchen and 2 master bedrooms. Minutes from downtown and walkable to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. INSIDE THE HOUSE From the curved drive, pull into the private two-car garage, with two additional parking spots on the driveway. Enter the home from the full glass double front door into the contemporary foyer with concrete floors and original artwork. Head to the left down a hallway with coat and shoe cubbies to keep your belongings organized and find the first bedroom. It offers plush décor and bedding, 50” flat-screen TV, full bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer. Back in the foyer, head up the wood steps into the main living room where you can gather for movie nights on the two couches and two chairs. On cool nights, sit around the two-sided fireplace, providing ambiance to both the living room and the outdoor porch. Eat al fresco at the six-person outdoor porch dining table. Behind the living room, the dining room flows right into the kitchen. The sleek dining room table seats eight, with another eight seats at the cozy breakfast nook situated under the large picture windows. Flex your cooking muscles in the modern kitchen, surrounded by beautiful touches like quartz countertops and high-end appliances including a Thermador 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, double oven and wine fridge. Such a great house to hang with family and friends. Large kitchen with plenty of space for eating and watching football. House layout and decor is top notch! Our kids loved the movie room! Close to downtown where we had a nice dinner out! Would recommend for families coming to Nashville!

The house was a perfect place for a family get together. The great room which was connected to kitchen was a great area to chat and play games. Excellently stocked with coffee tea and hot chocolate. The bottles of champagne was another added treat 👍👍👍👍👍

We came for a guys golf weekend - courses were very close, as was downtown, property is amazing and huge. The owners were extremely attentive and communicated every detail. I’d highly recommend this property.

We could not have been more pleased with the house. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully furnished, decorated and equipped!! Peg and Brent responded immediately to any questions and took care of our every need. We were not familiar with this part of Nashville but the location worked well for us and we enjoyed the restaurants, bakeries, and other food establishments in the area. I hesitate to give this property such a glowing review because I fear it will not be available when we want to return in the future. Definitely our top short term rental ever!!

We stayed at this lovely house last weekend for a girl’s weekend. The house was even nicer than it was depicted in the pictures - very clean and spacious. We found the common areas to be very comfortable with plenty of room to gather and visit. The check in /check out process was simple and the owner was very accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again without hesitation!

This house is amazing and beautiful. It is large, with lots of windows, spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable. 12 of us girls stayed here from Ohio, West Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and drum roll.......PARIS, FRANCE. We all loved the house. The neighborhood is a pleasure to walk or jog. The owner had everything stocked perfectly to make us relaxed. We can’t wait to meet at this house next year. ❤️🏡�❤️

We had an incredible time at the house. From when I booked the house, Peg (co-host) was in constant communication with me to make sure everything went smoothly. When I knew I was going to arrive to Nashville before check-in time, Peg made it so that I could check in early to the house. As we entered the house, we were amazed at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and eclectic yet warm feeling it gave off. This house had a ton of space and great amenities all throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and recommend it to those looking for a beautiful home to spend some relaxing time while you’re visiting the city.
