It was a perfect location a few minutes walk to the Shin-Jo temple and ninja samurai museum. It was also just opposite the subway so arriving from Haneda airport was easy making sure we used the lift at A2b. We also used this exit to go to Narita airport on our way out which again was one train.
The only complaint would be how hard the pillows and beds were but I think this is probably the same all over Japan. We booked a deluxe room which was still very small so if you want a slightly larger space you need to book this room as a minimum.
