Staff, and closeness to city. Quiet at night. Good showers

Most uncomfortable seating. Minimum cutlery and dishware. Needs more cleaning products if they want visitors to keep the place right.

Easily walk in to city centre, close to a couple of restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Great for multiple people staying, good kitchen and parking outside location. Great location for going to Tramore (beach) bus stop outside if you don't have a car.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like . If your expectations are hotel standards go elsewhere, but this is student accommodation. It does what it says in the tin . Clean and comfortable

Friendly staff. Free parking. Location about 15-20 mins walking distance from the main shopping and tourist area. 4 rooms each with an ensuite bathroom. Plenty of space. Warm showers.

One bedroom stank so much that we couldn't use it. Curtains let sunshine in from the early morning. The kitchen doesn't have enough cutlery and crockery for more than one meal for 5. The promised door key wasn't there and we had to wait for their staff for 20 mins.
