From the first to the last minute everything was perfect. The atmosphere, environment and nature around, clean and kids friendly swimming pool, variety on the breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good.
The only thing that bothered was small brown ants coming to the room, especially when we left some food on the table or in the recycling bin. Also the air conditioner in room No.3 was quite loud and I think needs some service or upgrade.

The masseria is beautiful, the pool are is very relaxing. Rooms are new and well equipped.
Great breakfast selection, we also had dinner at their restaurant one day.
There are also two cute, friendlly, small dogs at the masseria 🥰
Everything was great! I would probably only suggest giving a few more information at check in.

Pool area was gorgeous, lying by the pool was heavenly. I saw others say they were charged for pool towels but we were given them for free, not sure why this was. Breakfast was lovely. We had lunch one day and dinner one day - lunch was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had such a lovely peaceful time here
Nothing to dislike. The only thing was the location is a little far from the areas we wanted to visit - Ostuni, Polignano a Mare etc. It involved a lot of driving but if you don’t mind that then it’s the perfect place to stay

The restaurant in this hotel was a complete disappointment. The food is extremely overpriced and of very poor quality – most dishes were simply covered with the same shredded carrots from the supermarket, which is far from any real culinary effort. The plates and glasses were dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene.
The staff were unprofessional: the waiters smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and even the dishes they handled carried the same odor. Service felt rushed and unfriendly – we were not offered dessert or coffee, and instead the staff started clearing nearby tables to make us leave faster.
The cleaning practices were unacceptable. I personally saw a waiter wipe all the tables with the same dirty cloth, without even lifting the tablecloths, clearly leaving the mess for the next guests.
Overall, the restaurant is unhygienic, overpriced, and poorly managed. I would strongly advise avoiding it.
