Nice Apartment for a weeks stay when exploring the island and wanting to stay close to the sea

Nicely located to make day trips around the island as well as near kona Village to get anything you need.

Exceptional

The space was comfortable and clean, and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. I loved the location too - a quick drive to anywhere you wanted to go, but away from the hustle and bustle of the really touristy area.

Holualola Garden 103 was a really nice facility and met our needs while at a conference in Kona.

Location, price, ease of access, had what we required, the host was very easy to connect with, it was quiet and functional, felt very safe

The location of our place was perfect! We loved being near the beach and the kids loved the pool.

Using the door key code was perfect! Super easy to use and had no issues during my entire stay

The only thing I'd say, which no one can really do to change, is that rooster that woke up the kids every morning. It became more of a joke in which my son ended up getting a rooster stuffy from the trip to remind him of that rooster. The tag on the stuffy said it was a "guardian" so it was supposed to wake him up every day. What a funny memory to take home with us. Oh, the blinds for the windows didn't close all the way and I wasn't able to life them up during the day. Probably old and need for an update, but at least it kept the sun out during the hot afternoons.

Location was excellent close to shopping and beaches. Loved the pool on site as well

Couch in living room could be bigger. Also no local tv stations to watch

We enjoyed being close to beaches and the condo served our needs well.

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable for a couple.

The metal chairs are not very comfortable. Need some kitchen towels.

Great place would stay there again!

Nice cute place to relax after a long day.

kind of a walk to town but we are young and able bodied. The neighbors that were above us were stomping around at night a lot however

excellent location with a very good value

owner provides lots of equipments for snorkeling and swimming and beach chairs

There were dirty and smelly shoes piled up across the hallway from our entrance door. The instruction for getting to the condo unit needs to be “updated”; it took us 4 times to find it

Amazing stay at the Halualoa Gardens 😊

1st offJenaya was amazing, she was so helpful and so friendly (true Aloha style) 2nd the place had EVERYTHING you needed, it was clean, it was spacious, it was very well taken care of, the location was close to everything, walking distance to the beach, it was just a really great place. We are booking our next stay at the Halualoa Gardens 101.

Amazing Kona apartment 💕

I can’t say enough how amazing this apt is. Location is great. Check in was super easy! The bed was sooooo comfortable. Washer n dryer was excellent to have! Coffee and cream n sugar and all the snorkel stuff supplied. Absolutely will be back next year with my daughters. And would recommend this place to anyone n Kona.

Easy to miss the turn in but once you get it no problem. WiFi does not work in bedroom but I was not worried about that.
