L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et offre un espace agréable, avec un salon et deux chambres. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées, les lits sont confortables et les équipements, notamment le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, fonctionnent très bien.
L’emplacement est excellent, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre historique et 7 minutes de deux très belles plages de Monopoli. Le parasol et les jeux de plage pour les enfants mis à disposition sont également très pratiques.
Le principal point négatif concerne l’horaire de départ, que j’ai trouvé assez strict. Le check-out à 10h me semble relativement tôt et, vers 10h10, les propriétaires étaient déjà à la porte, ce qui était un peu gênant, même si l’horaire avait bien été indiqué à l’avance.
Un autre petit inconvénient est que la cuisine ne disposait pas de certains produits de base, comme le sel, même s’il y avait du café. Par ailleurs, les couverts et les assiettes étaient assez limités pour un appartement de deux chambres.

Zostaliśmy przywitani przez bardzo miłą uśmiechnietą właścicielkę. Mieszkanie komfortowe, z klimatyzacją i wszelkimi udogodnieniami, bardzo zadbane.Cudny widok wieczorny z tarasu na dachu.Bedziemy mile wspominać i polecać.

Very good location, very close to center/old town, but already very quiet street. Apartment is spacious, has great usable terrace (in the evening). Well functional washing machine!
ACs are old and noisy, don't have silent mode and really disturb at night. The AC at the second floor (of apartment) was switching randomly at night (probably just too old and doesn't recognize temperature correct).
Water pressure is VERY low, almost ridiculous.
We had multiple times electricity switch go off due to overload (my guess). Had to find the plug in the corridor.
