About this house rental
Located in Jeffersontown, this charming house for $338 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our home. We live in a quiet neighborhood and on a no thru street access. Parking enough for four vehicles, When you arrive, make yourself at home in a friendly atmosphere and where everything is easily accessible, a stones throw from historic downtown Jeffersontown, KY Gaslight District and minutes from downtown Louisville. Free shuttle from and return to airport is available for your convenience or take and pick you up at any event if you don't want the hassle of driving, parking or contacting UBER, LYFT or Taxi. You decide. We are .7 miles from a Kroger (King Soopers) grocery store, a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery Store, gas stations, 2 liquor stores, 3 pizza restaurants that deliver, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Italian restaurants, and more. We are close to 4 parks where you can enjoy an afternoon or evening to picnic, take a stroll, feed the ducks, enjoy the scenery, music venues in the park, 4th Street Live events and baseball at the Slugger Field and museum, The Churchill Downs races or try your bets at Keeneland in Versailles, KY, just an hour's drive from here. Vahalla Golf Course is 3.3 miles and is open for all, but check for events schedule. Bourbon Tours are always a hit. Mammoth Cave is about a 2 hour drive and a must see adventure. Please let me know in advance if you plan on going to any of these venues and need a shuttle to take you and return to any of these venues. You'll be able to access the entire upstairs, main level and back yard. We have an up to date tuned baby grand piano if you wish to tickle the ivories. If you need to wash clothes, the laundry room is handy and next to the kitchen with detergents and softeners for your convenience. The kitchen has a Bunn coffee maker with warming pitcher, regular and decaf coffee provided, condiments and filters are supplied. A side by side refrigerator-freezer, glass cook top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a large fully stocked pantry with spices, flour, sugar, Bisquick, etc. Please check what is available before grocery shopping. There is a plethora of cooking equipment for you to use if you wish to do your own cooking. I also like to cook and if you'd like for me to cook either breakfast or dinner on a certain day of your choosing, please let me know a day or two ahead of time. The dining room seats up to eight, and table converts from a square to a round table. Dishes, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, etc. and range from china to paper plates if you don't want to do dishes . In the living room there is a gas fireplace with a controller to warm up on a cold winter day/evening and a baby grand piano if you wish to tickle the ivories to your heart's delight and music books. In the master bath, relax in the Jacuzzi after a hard day of play and while laying in bed, enjoy the electric fireplace that looks like the real thing with full controls of degree of heat or turn off the heat, set the timer and enjoy the ambiance before you fall asleep with sweet dreams of the fun time you had that day. Three other bedrooms share the guest bathroom. The backyard is large enough for a small reception and plenty of comfortable seating available as well as a large gas grill with a cooking burner. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or juice in the morning and listen to birds or in the evening visiting with the family over dinner or a glass of wine. The deck box has seating pads for your comfort and outdoor dishes and a couple of children's deck chairs. Deck furniture consists of 6 patio furniture chairs, 60" round table with umbrella and 2 Adirondack chairs. There's also a swing set with two swings, monkey bar, stairs and landing for two slides. Please come and enjoy the many more amenities available in our beautiful city and enjoy your stay here in our home. The home is available for short or long-term rental as well. If you're needing a month or more rental, there's a large reduction. Just request a quote. Available to rent one, two bedrooms or the entire home. Please feel free to ask for quote or availability.

We travel a lot and often rent through VRBO or AIR B&B. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It felt like home. The house is warmly decorated and welcoming. The host was amazing and thought of everything even down to welcoming us with a plate of chocolate chip cookies. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. Everything was very clean. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and have already booked to return next year

We had family meet up from WI, MI and IA in Louisville for a vacation. I can’t say enough good things about staying at Bea’s place. We easily slept 7 adults and a toddler. Our daughter loved the play structure and the big yard. Bea even had a tiny chair for her to sit on out on the deck.
Just as the other reviewers have said the house is immaculate, Bea is friendly, helpful and accommodating, and her cookies are delicious! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bea's house. It is exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the back deck. The house was beautiful. The host left her beautiful Christmas decorations up, per my request. We celebrated Christmas after Christmas had passed and all her decorations made it still feel like Christmas time for us. The host was amazing we had a large plate full of fresh chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. They were delicious. She was amazing to communicate with made everything an easy process. She had so many amenities we wanted for nothing. She was so friendly and eager to make our stay the most it could be. I would highly recommend this home for anyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is very beautiful, extremely comfortable and full of warmth. The hostess gets a 10 from me. She made us feel right at home and my granddaughters loved the plate of cookies. What a fabulous property! We spent four days here using it to tour Louisville and the Bourbon Trail. It could not have been more perfect giving us quick and easy access to all the touring we wanted to do but also allowing us to enjoy a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere to relax and unwind in between.
The house was immaculate and comfortable. The back deck was a bonus providing a peaceful outdoor extension of the living space. It was a great way to enjoy the beautiful Autumn weather. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We were two couples sharing the space and had ample space, comfort, and privacy.
We would highly recommend this property.

Me and my group stayed to attend Louder Than Life music festival and more than enjoyed our stay at Beas property! We all agreed that we will have to take another trip to enjoy all the amenities she offers. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a peaceful stay you won't go wrong here!
