What a fiasco

Location was good.

This place was a bit of a nightmare: - No free parking (paid street parking) - No parking on site (no street parking even on the two streets the apartment is on) - We were given the wrong lockbox and code, which made us walk back and forth around and in the building to work out what was going on (FYI, the map location given is not the entrance but just a general building pin, the entrance is around the corner) - First thing we see is a cockroach as we walk in (pictured post-squasj) - Wifi wasn't turned on when we arrived - General condition of the place was poor, headboard of the beds were peeling and coming apart (pictured), there were holes in the sheets (pictured), the bath wasn't clean or functioning 100%. The place would've been phenomenal 15 years ago, but looks like little upkeep has been done. - Also FYI, the place is 1 bedroom + 1 bed in the living area, not exactly what I'd describe as 2 bedrooms

Long weekend

Location was great, clean, good beds.

As many have said, trafic noise is 24/7 and because apartment is on first floor, it's a bit loud, if you are light sleeper. Electrick works and some other were done a bit sloppy but It didn't bothers us.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, comfortable beds and the balcony has a good view

Posizione centrale e comoda. Appartamento al 1 piano molto grande con due letti matrimoniali in 2 stanze diverse, un bagno comodo, e anche una cucina. Chiavi presenti nel box fuori l'appartamento con codice fornito dal proprietario. Prezzo ottimo

The location is great and close to all the restaurants and tourist attractions in the old city. I had a minimal connection with the owner but he was ok.

The apartment and furniture were not new as looked in the pictures (the building itself is too old). The AC works but it's too weak and is barely felt. The fan in the bedroom didn't work and the light is too dim. Not all the electric sockets worked. There is no private parking. You to have to find a parking in the street and pay for it between 7:00-23:00.
