Location was excellent just behind the city hall and walking distance to the port area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel also had a nice bar area but we never used it as there was to much to do. Check in was very easy and fast.
The rooms are a bit small so check the room size and book the sq ft required. air condition in the room didnt work very well and didnt blow towards the bedroom area.

Location and the room were nice and new.
The lobby area seems messy and does not keep a high standard. Self check in, so your met by a not so fancy lobby area and a screen. Generel lobby area had a hostel vibe, not a proper 3 star.
The night before my check out i asked if i could stay till 12.00 (to sleep in) instead of check-out time 11.00. They told me to ask on the day of my check-out to see if there where room and for the day prices - i travel a lot and have never had such bad service when asked for 1 more hour.
