Nestled in Tahoe Vista, this charming house for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This townhouse is located in Kingswood Village. The complex is located in the heart of the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. This Project features a wonderful summer tennis court and pool. In 2010 the owner added a brand new 42' Flat Screen TV in the living room. It is only one mile from shopping and Lake Tahoe in the town of Kings Beach. Casino Nightlife in Incline Village and Crystal Bay are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter, you have only a 10 minute drive to Northstar Ski area. Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only 20 miles away! The large amount of properties that Lake Tahoe Accommodations has at Kingswood Village makes it an ideal location for ski parties, family reunions or corporate functions. Please note, the bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds is a loft. PLEASE NOTE: This condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them, please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. The only type of BBQ allowed is an electric one. Thank you for your understanding.*** No owner, family member, tenant, resident, guest, business invitee or visitor shall vape, smoke cigarettes, cigars, or any other tobacco or cannabis product anywhere. This prohibition shall include the outside common area, enclosed common areas, exclusive common areas (including balconies and patios) and all nonresidential buildings within the development. Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

Everything was great !! Even got a National Geo moment seeing Momma bear and cubs from afar. Convince to shopping and great eats. Very quiet neighborhood. Will be back for as many years as possible

You cannot beat the location. The unit is a bit outdated, but for us it was just a place to sleep. Very quiet unit and great view out the bedrooms. A very strange, unnerving event occurred when the sheriff began banging on our door at 1:30am. They said a 911 call came from our phone. No one made the call. Soon after the sheriff arrived, the phone began to ring. The sheriff suggested we unplug and alert the owner of possible problems with the phone lines. Thankfully after unplugging we had no other issues.

Overall a good VRBO option. Property is dated and has everything you need. Does not have any spices, oils, etc needed for cooking but has everything else. Check-in was a painful process. Location for paperwork was not co located and wasn’t ready till after 4 PM due to cleaning staff. Reception staff was polite and helpful but couldn’t get us in any earlier.

The property was great! It’s super central to Kings Beach. It is a little bit of a hassle to have to go to Tahoe city to pick up the keys. Also, no AC in the units. This usually wouldn’t be a problem, but this summer was so hot!

The rental offers a solid budget option but keep your expectations low. Needs serious updating throughout. The lack of air conditioning was definitely a disappointment as well.

Terrible check in and check out process, had to drive 20 mins away from the property to collect the key. Was requested to fill in more forms and provide my credit card even though all that information was provided through VRBO. Requested to leave the key at the accommodation 24 hours before departure (as requested), was told I couldn't do that. Accommodation was ok. Clean but starting to look a little tired. Beds were uncomfortable, one in the loft area was broken. Overall poor customer service and process. Took some enjoyment away from a short vacation with my children.

We were quite happy with our stay here. There is room for seven people to hang out and sleep comfortably in this house. The rooms and living area are clean and comfortable. The location is also quite convenient; it's close to King's Beach and Northstar, and the house is in a condo/townhome complex which shared parking with the other units. The only slightly annoying thing about check-in is that you have to pick up a physical key from the management office in Tahoe City.

The townhome was clean, spacious and convenient to Kong’s beach, sand harbor and Northstar. Esmeralda was the best. We arrived a little early from the long drive from the Bay Area. Esmeralda wa ms kind to let us in the home a little early. Kitchen was full with everything needed to cook for our family.,my sister rented in incline village, was more expensive and unit was smaller than ours. So she came over for dinner the two nights we were there. The kids love walking to the swimming pool in the complex. We had a relaxing stay and there was plenty Of room to fit the 7 of us. Thank you again Esmeralda for being so considerate and gave us details on places to visit. We will definitely be back.
