Le logement offre une vue vraiment magnifique sur l'océan, tout simplement incroyable. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. L'ensemble est très propre, ce qui est appréciable. De plus, la disponibilité d'un stationnement privé dans la bâtisse est parfaite, car il y a peu de places disponibles dans le quartier.
Toutefois, nous avons remarqué une odeur de renfermé assez marquée dans les garde-robes des chambres, probablement due à l'humidité. Une attention à ce détail pourrait améliorer l'expérience.

Quando entramos no apto já ficamos encantados com a beleza do mar, uma vista incrível, um apto amplo, iluminado, bem decorado. Camas, duche maravilhoso. A cozinha equipada. Vaga na garagem que é também importante para quem está de carro. Foi tudo maravilhoso.

L'emplacement de l'appartement face à la mer au cinquième étage, le logement est propre avec tout le confort et les commodités deux balcon . une vue à 180° sur l'océan et la plage une vue sur le l'arrivée des bateaux qui viennent et sortent du port, une vue sur le funiculaire vraiment incroyable nôtre famille à été très satisfaite de notre séjour. Ruhig, da Mitte April das Haus und der Strand nicht voll waren.
Mit dem Aufzug konnte man von der Tiefgarage die Wohnung erreichen ( wenn er denn funktionierte).
Der Aufzug ( in den 5. Stock) fiel leider aus - am Tag der Abreise.
Der 2. Aufzug funktionierte nie während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Leider war in der Küche nicht alles sauber ( Töpfe, Krümel in Schubladen)

O apartamento é muito bonito, espaçoso, bem decorado, limpo e bem equipado.
Vista para o mar incrível, ótima localização e a facilidade da garagem para carro. Tudo ótimo!
A única coisa que não funcionou muito bem conosco foi o aquecimento do chuveiro, pois estávamos em 4 pessoas, 2 adultos e 2 crianças, mas o banho quente não deu conta para todos. De resto foi tudo ótimo!

Deux des trois chambres étaient humides malgré la climatisation. Ces pièces sentaient le renfermé. Ma fille a dû dormir dans le canapé du salon. C’est dommage car l’appartement était très bien équipé !

Wunderschöne Lage, gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, Kaffee, Zucker und das Nötigste vorhanden. Wir wurden mit frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch begrüßt.
Praktisch auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, ausreichend Handtücher, Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Der Aufzug ist ziemlich marode. Aber immerhin ist einer vorhanden.

Grand appartement à la vue parfaite. Propre bien situé et surtout bien aménagé nous avons mangé à l'extérieur toute la semaine mais tout le nécessaire ménager était présent dans l'appartement. Nous n'avons utilisé que la première chambre à la literie parfaite. Je recommande cet appartement pour une famille. Check in et out simplifiés. Bravo et merci pour la réactivité d Estela.

The view was fantastic, right opposite the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was handy to have. The photo I took of the rainbow is from the balcony of the apartment.

The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely furnished and equipped. There is no staff on site, but the self check-in process worked seamlessly for getting access and for checking out. The location is right over the beach, with beautiful views to the lighthouse and the upper town. Good restaurants and shops, etc within easy walking distance. Estela, the owner, was very helpful when my husband left his phone at a local restaurant (which we did not discover till we got to Porto). Highly recommend!

The apartment is very clean, very well maintained, modern, with everything you need. The view from the balcony and living room is exceptional, and made our stay memorable. Apartment is on the 5th floor and offers sweaping views of all Nazare Beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Do not hesitate, we would return immediately! The host is very nice and easily accessible if you have any questions.

perfect view, expensively made place, and with taste. Wide balcony. Having two bathrooms is very convenient.
heating is lacking. The airconds do not heat, the provided radiator is barely enough for the sleeping room, but not at all for the big hall.

The apartment was nicely furnished, is modern, was clean, has a fantastic view of the ocean, is close to restaurants market, has parking and a elevator so there is a lot good about the place.
We could not get the heaters on. We called the owners several times and tried different things. The owner then came by and flipped some fuses and still couldn't get the heat on. By then it was late and it was cold. There was only one space heater for the whole unit and it was a cheap one. It took a long time for it to warm up the one bedroom. Also the blankets on the bed i was in were not very warm so I was cold into the night. I was also having back issues (which is not the owners fault) but no heat really made matters much worse. It seems to me heat is a nonnegotiable in Jan one the beach in Nazare. If your unit heater is unreliable then put enough space heater of good quality in the unit to heat. The owner just said "sorry, sorry" to the fact there was no heat! That is not a good enough response. Plus after I saw in another review in Dec 2022 the unit heaters didn't work so, obviously this is an issue that has happened before - this should be addressed and fixed!

Absolutely beautiful view!! The town is small so location was great! The living room was great and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, it was beautiful!
The bedrooms were a little small so it made having suitcases difficult but there were big closets to unpack into. There was no dryer for clothes (which is normal) but there was so much water in the air that clothes did not dry and started to smell, so I would not recommend doing laundry.

This is a great value apartment with excellent location and views. It is perfectly clean and well maintained. We found a toasty warm apartment on our check in. The check in to our 5th floor apartment (first on the left) was smooth.
The kitchen is well stocked with adequate cutlery, the apartment comes with excellent WiFi, a built in fridge/freezer, washing machine, heated towel rack and other essentials and amenities.
The 5th floor balcony renders a special vantage point - away from the traffic below but great views up and down the boardwalk in a central and convenient location.
The main bedroom has its own private balcony with views down the boardwalk. The apartment has air conditioning (lliving room, main bedroom) and heaters in all the rooms.
Due to our own fault we had a snafu with the keys but the host was easily contactable (even as late as we were) and she was incredibly patient and helpful.
We loved the beautiful views of the waves, the boardwalk and proximity to local ATMs, local stores, cafes, children’s play area, landmarks (the fishing boats) and local museum.
The funicular (lit up in Portugal flag colours for the World Cup soccer) was visible from our balcony and was only 13 minutes walk away, carrying us up to amazing views over Praia do Norte and Vila da Nazare.
