About this house rental
Nestled in Bruinisse, this attractive house for $106 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The approximately 70 square meters holiday home on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland is lovingly and comfortably furnished and has on the ground floor a spacious living-dining area with a corner kitchen, a bathroom with tub and toilet, a hallway and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a single bed. The terrace with south-west orientation and direct access to the pond connects to the living room with two comfortable sofas. Since this is not visible from the sides, you can unwind undisturbed soul here. Only with small children you have to be careful, because the access to the pond is not secured or locked. In addition to the house Zeeland we have in the same street yet another house, the Möwennest, which is also set in FeWo-direkt under the object number p2498420. The quiet holiday park De Kreek is located at the Aquadelta in Bruinisse. Bruinisse is an old fishing village on the Grevelingen Sea in the charming Zeeland region. The region is considered the paradise of the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine and the most beautiful sandy beaches. The picturesque town of Zieriksee is 12 km away and invites, as well as the cities of Middelburg, Vlissingen, Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede to stroll and shop. The park with its old trees offers numerous attractions. Within walking distance of the house there is a tennis court, a miniature golf course, an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, a squash court, a supermarket, an indoor play hall, restaurants, a bicycle rental and a launderette. In the park there are several playgrounds, a football field, table tennis, basketball hoops and a small well-kept pond. The park is located directly on Grevelingen sea. There are two small beaches, a marina, a fishing port and countless opportunities for excursions by bike, on foot or by boat. The large sandy beaches on the North Sea are about 20 minutes away by car, - suitable for children - Non smoking property - not suitable for wheelchairs - no pets

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und ruhig. Sauberkeit ist top. Bad und Küche zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist absolut egal. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ich war sehr sehr zufrieden und habe schon meinen nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Gemütliche Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war passend für 3 Erwachsene. Zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus ist schön etwas älter und das Bad sehr einfach, aber mit allem Nötigen awausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten gefallen, der Sitzmöglichkeiten in Sonne und Schatten bot.

Malgré le vent et la pluie...
Le gîte était toujours chaud, lumineux, confortable et très fonctionnel. Nous sommes du Nord et ni vent ni la pluie nous effraient. Les randonnées et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité du gîte. La variété d'oiseaux et la faune locale peuvent être observées même depuis le jardin (lièvres, courlis, huîtriers, pics,...). L'infrastructure est bien pensée et l'habitation n'est pas trop éloignée des commerces. Nous y retournerons et peut-être même à la même saison car il y avait peu de touristes.
Les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien-être des locataires, nous les en remercions chaleureusement.

Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle). Kommunikation lief hervorragend.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren erfreut, das Haus für nur drei Übernachtungen buchen zu können. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Ob das allerdings zu viert auch der Fall ist? Im Sommer ganz sicher, wenn sich der Garten noch besser nutzen lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Brenner war stets angenehm. Sie ist sehr am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste interessiert.
Vermisst haben wir letzten Endes nur einen Sandstrand mit Strandhütten und den Pavillons. Aber das wussten wir vorher.
Alles in allem ein wirklich netter Aufenthalt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ließ nahezu keine Wünsche offen, wir fühlten uns wohl und bestens aufgehoben.
Darüber hinaus lief die Abwicklung über die Vermieterin und das Portal äußerst entspannt und problemlos. Man war überaus hilfsbereit, Nachfragen wurden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Das Haus war gemütlich und gut eingerichtet.Durch den Lookdown war der Check-in etwas chaotisch aber es hat sich alles geklärt und es wurde sich gekümmert,wenn es ein Anliegen gab.Wir haben den Urlaub genießen können.

Urlaub
Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage zu Gast im Ferienhaus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und stimmt mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung überein. Der Garten kann nicht von außen eingesehen werden und liegt direkt am Teich. Die Lage des Hauses ist insgesamt prima. Sowohl nah am Parkplatz als auch am Centrum des Parks. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war gut.
Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch in Bruinisse....

Eine Woche schöner Urlaub
Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Domizil von Familie Brenner verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin hätte nicht besser sein können. Unser Sohn,8 Jahre, war die meiste Zeit auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz und hatte seinen Spaß. Unsere Tochter,1 Jahr, konnten wir in Ruhe zu Schläfchen hinlegen,da das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist.

Knus en gezellig verblijf op Vijverlaan 65
We hebben genoten van een sfeervolle, prettige en praktische vakantiewoning. Alles was aanwezig en functioneel. Erg leuk ingericht en veel mooie foto-schilderijen aan de muren.
Helaas niet genoeg van heerlijke tuin kunnen genieten door het wat koude en natte weer.

Gezellige vakantiewoning op een rustig park in Zeeland
Gezellige vakantiewoning op een groen en rustig park. Het park zelf is heel rustig, autoluw en heeft een leuke ruim opgezette speelplaats voor de kinderen. Op het naastgelegen Roompot park zijn alle voorzieningen (restaurant, zwembad, supermarkt, fietsverhuur) op loopafstand beschikbaar. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep soepel (wel alleen in het Duits of Engels).
De keuken en badkamer zijn wel een tikje gedateerd maar alles werkt nog prima.

Was een nette en heel gezellige woning met een leuke tuin. Communicatie met eigenaar was prima en deze mevrouw is heel aardig. Bedankt.

Simpel maar knus huis met fijne tuin
Knus huis met wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lampen onder de keukenkastjes werkten niet. Hoek keulenkastje hing uit elkaar en hebben we zelf in elkaar geschroeft. Slang van de douchekop was stuk. Genoten van de tuin

Aangenaam verblijf in een nette en betaalbare vakantiewoning
Het park waarop het huis staat is ietwat vervallen. Het huis is wat ouder, maar netjes, goed onderhouden en je beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Prijzen zijn schappelijk en verhuurder erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huis beschikt over een fijn tuintje op het zuiden, gelegen aan een meer.
Het verblijf is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Even een paar dagen weg...
Gedateerd rustig parkje. Huisje mooi gelegen, eenvoudig, maar van alles voorzien. Heerlijke tuin aan vijver. We troffen mooi weer voor de tijd van het jaar. Kortom prima veblijf!

Ipv hotel een vakantiehuis
Wij zouden tijdens de kerstdagen ipv een vakantiehuis in een hotel verblijven.
Dit ging niet door vanwege COVID-19.
Ineens konden wij niet meer eten in het hotel omdat alle restaurants dicht moesten.
Na deze zeer goede ervaring met het vakantiehuis, willen wij volgend jaar dit zeker weer gaan doen.
Vond het ook erg persoonlijk dat de eigenaresse van het huis contact met ons opnam tijdens de kerstdagen om te vragen of alles goed was.
Zeker een aanrader!

Genau die richtige Wahl zum richtigen Zeitpunkt
Wir hatten das Glück, noch kurz vor den Herbstferien eine Woche in Bruinisse verbringen zu können, auch wenn immer ein bisschen Sorge da war, dass Zeeland doch noch Risikogebiet wird...
Das Haus ist die perfekte Gelegenheit, ein paar Tage komplett abzuschalten. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, die Küche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet (es fehlen allerdings Eierbecher :-)), im ganzen Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir hatten auch noch das Glück dass das Wetter besser als vorhergesagt war, somit konnten wir sogar noch den Garten genießen und dann abends den Kamin nutzen. Die Lage vom Haus am Ende der Sackgasse ist toll und schön ruhig, man sollte allerdings das Rückwärtsautofahren beherrschen!
Allein beim Badezimmer besteht ein kleiner Renovierungsbedarf, dafür aber gab es so viele Haken und Abstellmöglichkeiten, was ja sonst eher selten so ist.
Kurz und gut, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, konnten viel in der Umgebung sehen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ausreichend vorhanden...also alles klasse, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus entsprach unseren erwartungen
Ok, die Geschirrspülmaschine geht nicht, ist wohl altersbedingt, wir waren aber fast nur essen. Die betten sind sauber und gut. Küche ist auch aufgeräumt und sauber. Schade dass kein direkter rasengürtel zum see hin ist, da steht eine überwiegend im Wasser befindliche trauerweide...

Ferienhaus im Park de Kreek
Wir waren über ein Wochenende im Haus. Die Lage ist toll und auch der kleine Garten ist sehr schön. Leider ist das Haus für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr voll gestellt. Platz zum Spielen ist im Haus nicht wirklich. Die Fotos im Inserat sind schon älter. Auf dem Sofa befand sich bei unserem Aufenthalt ein fleckiger Überwurf, die Toilette hat stark nach Urin gerochen, die Türen waren nicht abgewischt und klebten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es für uns okay, ein weiteres Mal würden wir es mit den Kindern aber nicht mehr buchen.

Woning is zoals beschreven. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Eigenaresse is vriendelijk en was prettig in haar communicatie.
Grootschalig vakantiepark met supermarkt, restaurant en zwembad (nu niet open voor niet-roompot gasten). 20 min lopen naar centrum van Bruinisse, met wat restaurants en een klein haventje.
