La struttura ha tante potenzialità e potrebbe offrire un servizio eccellente, bel giardino e bella piscina solo che purtroppo appare un po' in sofferenza forse per la scarsa clientela.
La struttura appare trascurata a causa della scarsa clientela, poca attenzione verso i clienti, molti appartamenti sono di proprietà di gente del posto che li trascura.
