It’s very quite location, which is great for relaxing sleep . The host and cleaning helper lady are very kind and helpful.

Very prompt and kind communication with the host. When I requested,she even bought us washing powder, very good shampoo and body soap instead of single use tiny bottles. Very lovely cleaner lady Silvia took care of our needs so kindly. So we extended our stay for longer, canceling our hotel.
Only tiny issue was these small plastic single use body soaps, shampoo bottles, which are not good for environment. But as mentioned above - it was exchange for good quality big bottles.

Location was great mid-way between Kingston and Surbiton.
Quiet neighborhood. easy walk to shopping and station.
Wel equipped kitchen.
Sofa in the living room could do with a refurbish needed more support maybe some cushions would have helped this.
TV very poor reception and only free to air channels available.
Loose floor board between kitchen and lounge room needs to be fixed in place.
