Amazing accommodation with stellar views

Very clean, amazing views and facilities, ample space and close to everything. Fantastic overall!

Could have some more cooking utensils to make cooking at home a little more possible!

We loved our absolutely perfect stay!

My husband and I have been to Madeira two previous times, this time staying at Baía for a month. The location is perfect, close to the best restaurants and walking or using public transportation to Funchal sites. The underground parking is safe, private and easily accessible via elevator. The sound of the waves pounding along the shore while relaxing on the decks overlooking the ocean was our happy place! The hot tub was also a perfect addition to viewing the ocean. The modern, up-to-date furnishings were well done. The beds were very comfortable.

The only negative regarding the property is that the entire building is starting to age but once inside the property, it is perfect!

amazing terrace and view and hot tub

Amazing view, fabulous hot tub. It’s the amazing view and location that this is special for. really stunning. Good amount of plates/glasses etc

the beds were dreadful. all of them! we tried each one. really uncomfortable mattresses.

Superb

The property was in a great location, the view of the ocean was amazing, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was big.

Unfortunately there were several things that were broken. There was also not enough glasses and the drainage on the shower did not work very well.

Amazing views in luminous flat

The view, the wave sound (windows 24h open), the terrace, the location... One of the best flats locations in Funchal.

Lack of direct sea access: you need to walk a bit to go to the crowded nearby sea beaches. AC not working in the main bedroom.

That was outstanding.

Everything was excellent. We could get the apartment key from a safe box so its was easy and contactless. The online support is easy, kind and quick. Once we entered the apartment, it was just we expected or more than that. Nice, clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially with the island kitchen and the hot tub in the balcony. We rent a car, so the garage is very useful. The center of Funchal is just 5 minutes and airport is 20 minutes by car, supermarket and beach are 5 minutes by walk, many restaurants near by, so the location was also perfect. I recommend this apartment for every one. I would stay here again when I got a chance to come back Madeira.

That would be great if the hot tub was ready to use. We cleaned up ourselves but it was not so big deal.
