Located just 5 blocks walking distance of picturesque Keuka lake; Keuka lake being just one of the five Finger Lakes in the area to enjoy! Come see the Charming Hammondsport square, just 4 blocks walking distance; enjoy the shops, food, wine, and lake recreation that Hammondsport has to offer. The property is in a quiet neighboorhood with ample off street parking. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and its own personal bathroom. Sheets and towels are supplied. Washer and dryer are available for use with your stay. Kitchen is stocked for eating in. Air conditioning, heat, cable, and Wifi provided with your stay. Very enjoyable stay
Check in was breeze. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Location is a stones throw from main attractions in Hammondsport where you can enjoy Burgers and Beer along with the Timber Stone Grill and small shops. Location is probably max 25 minutes away from the farthest winery on Keuka. Location was clean. Well maintained. All you could ask for. Only complaint I had was that I didn’t know it was a two level house and someone was above me. I may have missed that portion in the description but other than that this stay is a highly recommended.

Fall getaway
Quiet area, close to lots of waterfalls and water, perfect house for 2 couples. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again. Thanks for the great time.

Wineglass Weekend
Perfect place to stay during Wineglass Marathon Weekend. On a quiet neighborhood street and short walking distance to the village and many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking off street. Very clean. We were planning on footing it for the weekend and it was dicey at times with the weather, but overall a great place. No complaints other than the dishwasher not working. Did I say CLEAN? So clean. Roomy as well. Great couch too. Pictures on VRBO don't do it justice.

This is a comfortable and practical vacation rental . We appreciated that there were two bathrooms and that the kitchen had all sorts of pots and pans, dishes and cutlery to make a proper dinner. It was also very helpful that there was a washer and dryer since we stayed for over a week. The house is within easy walking distance to the village square and the Hammondsport location allows for interesting day-trips in the area (Watkins Glen, Corning, etc.) My only negative comment concerns the fact that the dishwasher was out of order during our stay. Since we didn't eat all meals in the rental, this was manageable but it would have been more convenient to have the dishwasher. It would have also been nice to have had access to a grill (just a suggestion for future investments).

A great base for exploring the finger lakes.
We had a terrific stay. The home was clean, with plenty of room for 2 couples. Our host had several terrific suggestions of places to see or do. (You have to check out the ice cream at the Spotted Duck, and then hiking at Watkins Glen State park).
Hammondsport is a delightful small town with several good eateries and a small grocery store.

Comfortable, Clean, and Perfect Location
Comfortable apartment in good location for exploring the area. Would have liked a barbecue grill but kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfortable and AC was great for the hot humid days while we were there. Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely Home in Great Location
The home was so lovely and enjoyable to be in. Able to walk in such a beautiful town to everything. Wineries were easy to get to as well as all of the gorgeous views of Keuka Lake. Looking forward to returning.

June weekend stay
Tom and Jody were great hosts and extremely responsive and helpful in setting up our stay. This house was clean , immaculate and as described. Our extended family that traveled to Hammondsport for a wedding was very satisfied with their stay

Weekend getaway to Keuka Lake
This house was perfect for us! We went to Keuka for the weekend and were able to walk to Hammondsport. We enjoyed the Keuka wine trail and the house was a great home base to return to after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay again!

Wine country
The house was clean and spacious . It had everything that we needed. We went to a wine event and wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms and that’s what we got ! The owner was always very quick to respond when I had questions too. I would stay here again for sure.

Great winery weekend
We had a great time at Tom and Jody’s place this weekend. There was a mixup with keys when we first got there and Tom jumped right in the car to come and help us out. The house is very updated and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were very close to about 10 wineries, a distillery, and a brewery. Will be planning another trip soon!

This was a great property. Perfect for two couples with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is walking distance into the Village of Hammondsport where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. We loved our stay here. Thank you Tommy and Jody!
