Cleanliness. Room was cleaned everyday.
New, well maintained equipment and furnitures.
First day we didn't receive breakfast, which should be included in price (as both cafes contracted with hotel were closed). We paid full price. I feel that it was not fair, and should be solved in different way (price of stay should be reduced or breakfast in another place should be refunded).
At night we couldn't sleep because of the street noises (dogs barking all night).
Room was very basic.
