It is a unique property with a sandy beach that gradually slopes into the water (only 4ft deep at 40ft from the shore!), making it the perfect location for young children and family to enjoy everything the lake has to offer. The house is on scenic Wagon Wheel Trail, a short 5 minute drive from town (shops, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy - see below) or a 20 minute adventure on paddle board or canoe. Large quarters are perfect for family reunions and friends/family vacations. Custom built with quality finishes and fully furnished interior design. Local artwork and antiques are on display throughout the residence and in the rooms. A crib and portable crib are also available for use in the kids room. There are 4 full baths and 2 half baths with one steam shower on the basement level. The master suite is located on the first floor making for easy access and is furnished with a large whirlpool soaking tub, heated floors and oversized walk-in closets.
