Дуже приємні пані на рецепції, а також в ресторані при готелі. Номер чистий, є кондиціонер та гаряча вода. І так, в номері вікна в стелі але мені особисто це ніяк не заважало оскільки є кондиціонер 🙌

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my one-night stay. The location was very convenient, especially because it is close to the train station. Everything was good and the check-in process was easy.
Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations for a short stay.

It is my first time to Ukraine and with my broken Ukrainian I was a little worried, but Julia was super friendly, a sunshine of a smile and was speaking English very well. The room was clean and quiet. Even though it is a bit outside the city, it is just a few 100m to the next store. There is even a bakery nearby. All in all a very nice experience. Thanks to the team.

Stuff was really nice. Check-in was easy. Rooms are clean.
Restaurant opens at 9 or 10 in the morning. What? No breakfast for early birds. Very bad sound isolation, you'll hear everything.
