Great place for a quick stay.

Property was safeguarded and had multiple safety measures. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

The apartment had a smell and some areas didn’t feel clean. I saw a small roach crawling out from beneath the couch. AC unit in the living room needs maintenance.

Worst Experience with Booking.com

Nothing. I literally did not like anything about being switched to a new property at the last minute that did not match the property I originally booked at all. It was not ideal and was very small and very ran-down.

The host switched to a new property hours before check-in. The new property was not even close to the property photos I originally booked. To get to the new property, we had to enter through one building with tons of luggage, go to the basement and then walk WAY across the basement to another building. Head up 2 elevators to the new place and then look for the key which was in a lock-box that they forgot to give me the code to. The property was not very comfortable and was in disrepair. The interior decor was a joke. The property
