I loved everything about this flat! The flat owner and manager Tamas has a warm, discreet and welcoming presence, and he kindly provided me extra info about public karaoke places and various charming sightseeings in Budapest.
I found the flat to be impeccably clean, tidy and beautiful, well appointed on a leafy boulevard, on Buda (quieter) side of the Danube river, very close to Buda Castle.
You get a fantastic range of amenities nearby: a well stocked "Spar" supermarket, an excellent bakery called "Deryne Kenyer" (recommended by the flat owner), a good traditional Hungarian restaurant named "Makos Guba", a lovely cake shop & cafeteria place called "Dobay Horvath", full of exquisite gems for one's sweet tooth, and Borock vinoteka - a wine shop & tapas bar - all within max. 3-8 minutes walk from the apartment.
The local public transport (there are bus and tram stations very close to the flat) connects you to major routes to and from all parts of the city, and you also can walk for 10-15 minutes to the Stop 17 of the Hop on and off Big Bus - RED ROUTE, that takes you touring through all the main tourist attractions of Budapest!
The flat itself looks fabulous, with smart features and designed in a contemporary style, spacious, well organised and equipped with all one may need during a holiday.
I had a great time in Tamas' apartment and I whole-heartedly commend his thoughtful approach to a tourists' accommodation place - he really thought of everything and one can immediately tell that this flat owner is passionate about offering a high standards and quality stay to his guests!

The apartment was very stylish with a well stocked kitchen and luxury bathroom. Nice lounge area with large TV including Netflix, Prime Video. Good WiFi connection.
The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to the Castle Hill area and Chain Bridge. There is a Spar only a short walk away to buy all the provisions you need. Buses and trams nearby although we walked everywhere. The flat is very quiet and peaceful so great to come back to after a busy day.
Tamas is a great host. He met us when we arrived and gave us lots of information about restaurants and a nice bakery nearby. He responds quickly to any queries and cares that you have a good stay.
The bed was firm for us but Tamas provided extra bedding which helped.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement. Nous soulignons la gentillesse et les attentions multiples de son propriétaire, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter toutes les attractions de Budapest à pied, ou en bus, le calme et toutes les commodités du quartier à 2 pas, le confort, difficilement égalable, l'exemplaire propreté et des équipements de haute qualité. Cet appartement a largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Un immense merci à Tamas.

- Utrolig flot lejlighed, renoveret og meget flot nutidig/moderne stil (efter min smag 😊) med lækkert badeværelse
- Værten (Tamas) var virkelig imødekommende, serviceminded og hjælpsom; og samtidig med en masse gode råd om byen (god guide)
- Beliggenheden er god, og nemt at komme videre med offentlig transport. Køb dagsbilletter/72 timer til metro, bus, sporvogn - det er virkelig nemt og effektivt)
- Der er intet at klage over. Alt var godt! 😊
