Perfect, relaxing & wonderful

We had an amazing time here. Eddie, the host, was fantastic! We were so well looked after, the views, the pool, the breakfast were all super! We were recommended to hire a car and we did which was very useful for the location. Great location, quiet & chilled. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff

the room was lovely, the pool and view were both divine… and finally, the staff were exceptional. We loved the breakfast basket and Eddie went out of his way to make us comfortable. Excellent beaches of every description in both directions.

The wifi situation was so frustrating- we couldn’t watch tv, make a phone call or do answer emails, it was so poor in our room. We stayed for 5 nights with ample chances to fix this, to no avail. this is not good enough at this price point.

we loved this property. The place was beautiful and just minutes from the beach and grocery store. The hosts were fantastic and super accommodating. The breakfast was very good and more food than you could eat.

the place is so calm and relaxing very neat and with a beautiful view.

the location was really far away from naxos city center that we had to rent a car, there is a near by bus station but had 2 slots all day which was not convenient

an amazing experience

everything! our view was amazing, pool was fabulous. a delicious breakfast was brought to our room every morning in a basket full of freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit and veggies, cheese, Greek yogurt, and even fresh squeezed orange juice. the care taker Eddie was the best host I have ever had at a hotel or condo. he made our stay so much better. always helpful when we needed advice or rides. close walk to beach and a great little shop. our room even had a bottle of water in the fridge for us, and a small bottle of the local liquor.

WONDERFUL ! I will stay here again

everything was just amazing. The fresh home made breakfast every morning by Julia, the prompt responses by the owner. Just a wonderful experience !

the one thing that I wish was better for the Villa we rented was the privacy when being on our outdoor pool/ area. I think that once the plants and the trees grow taller, it will be ideal. when we stayed the plants and trees seemed new. So when we were at our private pool it wasn’t as private as I expected. but it wasn’t a big deal :)

This is an amazing place. wonderful sea-views from the balcony of my apartment and even from the swimming pool. Every morning breakfast is brought to you with a genuine smile. Here they do everything to make you feel comfortable! The only thing you need to do is just enjoy.

Nothing, it was perfect in every way from the super clean apartment, to the wonderful staff, the great breakfast and all the tips regarding the island.

Excellent choice. The room was superb - squeaky clean, great view, very comfortable and great location with many restaurants and taverns around the corner. The staff were also very professional and friendly - they gave us tips on which beach to visit and they were kind enough to help us arrange to rent a car. Last but definetely not least, breakfast was top notch!

Cosy apartment on the beautiful island.

Perfect place for holiday with your family. Really quiet and peaceful region. Anthi and whole Phoenicia team are superior hosts. He recommended us very good restaurant and arranged a car for rent. He was really helpful during our whole stay. Breakfast was really deliciuos and diversified. Perfect view of the sea from the terrace. Close to the one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Really nothing to complain about.

A great place if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat away from the streams of tourists.

Everything was perfect,great hosts,beautiful location, amazing apartment which was exactly as described and there were a lot of nice personal touches.! Delicious breakfast with local products! They also gave us some nice recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the area. The view from the balcony and the terrace was very nice, and the fact that the place was in the outskirts of the village helped us really relax! One thing i regret was that we only stayed for one night as our holiday time was limited, but we 'll definately come back again!!

Very good

Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and agreeable. The room was very nice and well equipped. The views from the property are excellent and the location is great for access to local beaches and several good restaurants.

The master bed was rock hard. Obviously personal preference and I normally like a firm mattress but this was very firm. The single beds in the main room were fine by comparison. The pool area is very nice but slightly exposed to the wind and there isn't enough shade. The parasols are quite stylish but not big enough to provide enough shade for even a single sun lounger.

Wonderful stay and best breakfast ever

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Naxos. The staff were incredibly warm and lovely, helping us to organise transportation around the island and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. My highlight was the daily basket of local goodies including cheese pies, jams, yoghurt, fresh juice for breakfast. It was delicious and plentiful. Although the location was not in the town centre, it was very close to beautiful beaches and popular restaurants.

I would choose to stay here again. No questions.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was superb with each and fantastic restaurants nearby as well as a simply amazing view from our balcony and the pool. We loved being a bit out of the crazy centre of Naxos town and having all the beauty of the island without being surrounded by huge crowds 24/7.

A beautiful time with my mom, we loved it here!

Ahhh, where to begin :) this was a wonderful stay, from the start (when I booked!). The staff at the accommodation are all so kind and friendly, it instantly felt like home... The room so stylish and calming, and the view was delightful! We had 3 marvelous days & nights here and wish we would have stayed more. The breakfast is so cute! So much effort into preparing those little jars, everything was so tasty! Definitely something special and a bit different :) enjoying breakfast on the balcony facing the sea is a delight. And also falling asleep hearing the waves... Glyfada beach closeby, even though unorganized, is so beautiful and rare! The water is out of this world. We also got valuable advice for maximizing our experience in Naxos, so thoughtful! Thank you Anthi for being so understanding with everything. We will definitely be back :-) PS. Little Oliver (the neighbor's doggie) was the cherry on top, we became friends and he came to say hi (and get his bit of milk from us :-) ) every evening.

Beautiful, relaxing and delicious breakfast but a bit overpriced

The amazing views (both of the room and of the swimming pool) the delicious breakfast and the silence of the surrounding area. And they were very nice to offer a bottle of rosé at arrival since it was our honeymoon, and offered very good suggestions about Naxos. The decoration is rustic and beautiful as well. It was a nice homely apartment with really unique views. Great cleaning service and the people are very nice.

It is a beautiful property, but the prices charged and “luxury” title can be a bit misleading. The bathroom was extremely small and a bit smelly from the sewage system, the sink is inside the room next to the bed. The location was perfect for me, since I enjoy the silence but you do need a car to get around and it is quite far from the town and most restaurants. I also didn’t need the Wi-Fi because there are no roaming charges in the EU but the Wi-Fi was not very good.

Lovely stay

Great location to discover the whole island by car and enjoy some of the best beaches nearby. Absolutely lovely people, we were delighted to have our breakfast adapted to our plans (early cruises). We had a great time and would recommend Phoenicia Naxos for long or shorter trips.

Amazing stay at Phoenecia with the most hospitable staff!

Quiet, away from the crowded and touristy parts of Naxos, very clean, modern design, amazing breakfast each day, great pool, super friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed for our honeymoon and loved the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. Anthi, Lukia and the other staff were so friendly and helpful. Our ferry was delayed a day due to windy conditions and the hotel was so kind to put us up for another night at no charge. I highly recommend staying here!

As long as you know that the location will require driving to and from most tourist destinations, I have no complaints! Most places we wanted to go were a 15-30 minute drive away.

It is a wonderful place! We were sad to leave and hope to come back some day!

We loved our stay! We stayed in the Villa Ariadne and it was wonderful. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, and the outdoor area with the small private pool, lounge chairs and hanging chairs was fantastic. Each morning a lovely breakfast was brought to us and we ate outside watching the ocean. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach with a nice taverna. It's also very close to the spectacular beaches in the Alyko area, and convenient to Plaka and an easy ride into Naxos town. Although we did not end up using the bigger pool which is for the whole complex, we walked up there and it is gorgeous and has a stunning view up and down the coast. Anthi was readily available if we needed anything and was very nice and helpful.

The Wifi is a little spotty but that was just a small issue.

Great spot!

Location is great if you’re looking for somewhere less crowded, the staff are welcoming and helpful, awesome pool and view, the breakfast baskets are a great touch, the rooms are spacious and modern plus they are serviced daily so always clean.

Only thing to mention would be the lack of facilities to change in if you’re looking to stay after the check out time, but the staff are very helpful and will still accommodate your request if this is the case.
