Had a nice stay. House was charming. Was a little thrown off by the no central air conditioning and need to bring sheets, soap etc but I only have myself to blame for not reading the print in the listing. Still overall happy with the stay.

The house was perfect for our New Year’s Eve ski trip! Perfect location to Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski area. Anna was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay! The house itself was beautiful and cozy. We even had some deer come to visit on our 2nd day which was very cool!!

Anna was such a pleasure to interact with. Everything from booking the house to checking out was super simple. The house was comfortable and very cozy. The kids loved staying there. There was so much for them to do in the house. Games, puzzles movies! Would definitely recommend this place!

We went to this home for a weekend of hiking. The home was as described and nicely arranged. We had to turn on the heat and hot water when we got there which made for a cold dinner as the house warmed up, but I understand this practice is common in the Poconos. We also kept getting kicked out of the internet, which wasn't an issue since we weren't working but might be for others. Overall, the layout of the house is nice and everything was clean and as expected. Note that you need to bring your own sheets, towels, paper products and soap. And possibly can opener, as we discovered while trying to cook dinner! The host is a very good communicator and check in/out were easy. Would recommend.

Just wrapped up the perfect weekend getaway with my wife and our cousins! The house was clean, owner was readily available and communicated well, location was ideal (with community lake beach passes included), and loved ending each night with the firepit. Highly recommend!

Anna’s house is beautiful and decorated beautifully! She has plenty of toys, puzzles, and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! We never needed to leave the house and we had a very relaxing stay! The area is beautiful and plenty of deer come by the yard every day. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle! Wow what a great cabin. Quiet and secluded but still close to all nearby attractions. Communication with Anna was easy; we hope to book a summer trip soon. Highly recommended!

Pros:-The house was beautiful in a quiet area-Host was very responsiveCons:-They only give you one toilet paper roll in each bathroom and one paper towel roll - They do not say this in the listing, but once you use the rolls, you are out of luck - no extra!!-Upon arrival, you have to turn on the water heater-You have to bring your own sheets and towels-You have to take out the trash to a dumpster that is not on site after your stay- I had tons of issues with the internet - ended up missing multiple work meetings. The host was very nice and called the internet company who ended up calling me, but I had to waste time working with the internet company to get things to work - at which point, I had already missed all my work meetings.

The house was clean games for the kids were perfect between them and the outdoor areas they had a blast. Deer came right up to the deck.The area was a nice change from the city. I have nothing negative at all with my trip close to trail and waterfalls. Everything was great.

We had a great long weekend at the house. There were toys and games everywhere that both adults and kids could enjoy. We loved how remote the location felt but we were still able to get out for some beautiful hikes and take out food. The deer are everywhere and we enjoyed keeping an eye out for them.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent location and accomodations. Fire pit set up was great for outdoor s'mores. Also only minutes away Hawk Fall trail. Owner was super helpful with suggestions for food and activities. Look forward to renting again.

We really enjoyed our stay

It was very nice, clean and quiet. We sat by the fire and deer walked right up to us. My granddaughters loved it! It was very relaxing. The house was actually bigger than expected.

My family and I had a lovely time at Anna’s house on a last-minute vacation. The place is clean, the house is filled with things for kids to do, and the community is peaceful. Will definitely consider staying in the future if we find ourselves in the area.
