Short distance to lake/beach in summer. An indoor hot-tub and 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, flat screen tvs, modern kitchen, keurig and regular coffee makers, outdoor fire pit, and all the comforts you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. House is just a couple of minutes from the Big Boulder slopes. In the summer, the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. House has a pool table, hot tub, jacuzzi, and so much more. 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want. The Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September. Minimum rental is 2 nights in the offseason and 3 nights in the Summer unless renting a weekend (Fri-Sun) which is 2 nights. If not renting a weekend the rental must start or end on a Friday. Additionally, if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long . Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay (usually has to be a Friday on one end). 3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor, New Years) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights). We had a really nice stay and this house was perfect for our group. We went snowboarding during the day at Big Boulder which was a short walk from the house, and at night we played some music in the large living room by the fireplace. There was plenty to do at the house and we took full advantage of the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Barry and Skylar were great hosts quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you so much. We look forward to another trip in the near future.

This house was perfect for a quick Winter getaway with my family. We took full advantage of the games provided (pool, foosball and PacMan). The house was also walking distance to Big Boulder and after a long day of skiing, we warmed ourselves up by relaxing in the hot tub. Barry and Skylar were also very responsive hosts answering all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house is very dated and is in desperate need of some upgrades. The kitchen utensils especially need upgrading. The few utensils that are there look very used. They have virtually no usable knives—thankfully we brought one from home. I’m not sure if they change out the comforters between renters. And it’s not cleaned super well—there was hair in our shower.
The house was fine to stay in but I hope they add/replace some pots, pans, cookie sheets, and cooking utensils soon.
Barry and his son skylar were great and very easy to reach if we needed them!

This house will work nicely for multigenerational vacations. There is a master suite for grandparents on the main level, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level for adults , and a fun area for the children on the lower level which includes a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom and game room with a pool table, foosball table and video games. The house is centrally located for Poconos activities and includes passes for the community center and pool.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend
Barry’s home is exactly as seen in pictures. Clean and spacious, we had a great few days. Since we were cooking for a lot of people, I’d say cutlery and cooking items were scarce. Under normal circumstances, what he provides is more than enough! He was very quick to communicate. Would love to stay again!

Nice and big house, the area has so many stuff to do, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow any activities during our stay, owner is very responsive we had an issue with the internet and Pillows, he cam right away to fix, you need to bring your own sheets and towels.

Perfect house to relax in with the entire family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved being able to sit around the full table and play games , relax In the hot tub , the kids loved getting a bath in the jacuzzi tub. The house is located in a beautiful area as well!

We stayed president day weekend. Great location for skiing/boarding. 4 teen boys loved the bunk room, enough space for 3 families. Pet friendly so was able to bring the dog with us. Barry was great to work with.

Holiday weekend in the Poconos
Had a great trip to this house @ Big Boulder over thanksgiving weekend. House was exactly as described and Barry was very communicative about both the house & things to do in the area. The kids & the parents too loved the hot tub. Bunk room was a hit with the kids also and everyone had fun playing pool & fooseball in the game room. House is ideally situated by many attractions including lots of trails to hike. Highly recommend the “Shades of Death” trail for the adventure seekers! Overall a great place to get away for a weekend or a whole week. Will definitely be back.

Summer Vacation Getaway
My family (husband, myself, 18 year old daughter and 15 year old daughter) along with my brother and sister in law and several daughters’ friends and our 2 dogs stayed at this property for 4 nights. The location was awesome as well as the accommodations. We had access to all of the amenities at the country club. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice summer getaway
We were lucky to find an opening on short notice due to a prior cancellation. Super-easy interaction with the owner. House is nicely laid out and appointed. Access to the Boulder Lake Club was a nice benefit as the lake is calm and perfect for lazy, relaxing afternoons. Will consider in the future for a winter break with some skiing.
