There are also two king sized bedrooms and a completely renovated full bathroom on this level. Also on this level is one bedroom, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a laundry room. The fourth bedroom which sleeps four is located on the third floor. Tackle Jack Frost Mountain that features a variety of inviting terrains with a summit elevation of 2000 feet, base elevation of 1400 feet and vertical drop of 600 feet. 21 different slopes including: ski school learning slope, 4 Easiest (beginner slopes, 6 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 8 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 2 Terrain Parks. Big Boulder Ski Area is devoting 50% of its overall terrain to park features. The base elevation is 1700 feet with a summit elevation of 2175 feet and a vertical drop of 475 feet. Big Boulder boasts the most progressive and innovative terrain park program. 15 different slopes to include: 4 Easiest (beginner slopes), 3 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 3 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 5 Terrain Parks. Also available are 2 surface lifts at snow tubing.

Great communication with owner who proactively connected prior to our trip and during. The house was fantastic - super close and easy drive to JFBB slopes, magnificent lake view, space for our party of 9 comfortably and all the amenities helped make the weekend enjoyable (clean large hot tub, pool table and lower floor was perfect for the kids!). Thank you for offering your beautiful home and I’m sure we will be back!

Fantastic lake view located on a quiet side of the water. Close to ski resorts. Fully functional kitchen for preparing family style meals with a nice big dining table by a gas fireplace. The pool table in a first floor rec room was a nice addition.

Property was very nice, and served as a perfect long weekend getaway to celebrate the New Year. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the great views with great company.

The location of the house was great and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed but we were uncomfortable with the comforters on the beds because they seemed to be dirty; especially the one on the king bed. Besides that we will recommend the house to our friends.

From booking to check out. Joe was in touch and there if we had any questions. The property it self was on a beautiful lake front with everything you needed for a mountain weekend. Close to whitewater rafting which we did. You couldn't ask for a better location and better house.!

The lake house was nice and clean. Communication was great and we especially enjoyed the deck and the dock with multiple kayaks and other small boats. The pool table was also big hit. Only little issue is the size of the beds in two rooms. I’m sure it would be fine for children but tough for 10 adults.

Stayed here for the week celebrating our sons high school graduation with some of his friends before leaving for college. Everything was perfect from the beginning and exactly as promised. From booking to check in to check out everything was fantastic. We had a group of six adults and the house was absolutely perfect. There’s a designated fire pit area right on the lake a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake and the house was clean from top to bottom. All of the electronics gas fireplaces worked as advertised. Simply put we’ll be going back.

We loved the location of this property. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather, but I would seriously consider revisiting in the future. Plenty of hikes near by and the paintball fields were a blast.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Lake Escape! The home was clean and had everything we needed to relax and decompress. This lake front property had three kayaks and a peddle boat with a private dock. (With an attached ladder for easy access.) We spent the majority of our time on the lake and around the fire pit. This dog friendly property was a perfect enticement to convince our adult children to join us and make some family memories. Owners were accommodating and helpful. We plan on visiting again.

We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay at the end of summer at the JoKi Lake Escape. The home has all the amenities that you need with plenty of space. We enjoyed using the kayaks, fire pit and grill, as well as the pool table on the one rainy day. Joe was just a text away and reached out to ensure our arrival was okay and the home was ready for us, which it absolutely was. Highly recommend!

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Lake Harmony’s Lake Escape. The home was lovely, and our host was extremely conscientious and responsive to our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the rest of the house was just as described, and suited our family. Highlights were floating off the dock, meals on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the lake, hiking nearby, a pontoon boat ride with Captain Wolf, dinner at Nick’s and nightly walks around the neighborhood. A big Thank You to our host, Joe!

We booked the Lake Escape to celebrate my mom’s birthday at the exact home she used to vacation at as a child. My great Aunt and Uncle were the original owners of this lake home and my mom (and all 3 generations on the trip) enjoyed a trip down memory lane and learning more about our extended family. The home was great and served our needs. We spent most of our time outside on the dock (letting 3 year olds attempt to “fish”) and on the deck. We definitely recommend this house and location!

Certainly a very nice place with the location, cleanliness, and overall service that was provided by Joe. I had called upon arrival to ask if I could personally clean up the property around the outdoor fire pit and he allowed us to use the private space until he was able to get his guy on it the next morning. The weather wasn't as nice as we had hoped but the ping ping table in the basement, hot tub, kayaks, and outdoor space we had was enough to make the most of the time we had there. I would recommend this place to my friends.
