Boulder House Breakdown:

The Great Room
Vaulted chalet ceilings, cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, large Roku TV, oversized windows, open-concept design, that naturally becomes the gathering place after a day skiing or at the lake. Spiral Staircase adds to the chalet vibes and leads to the 2nd floor.

Kitchen
Fully stocked kitchen, butcher block accents, coffee bar, additional drip coffee stainless appliances, cooking essentials, blender, crockpot and serving trays for family meals, and entertaining. Ample storage and pantry.

Dining Area
Large table and chairs for gathering for holiday dinners, game nights, and breakfast before hitting the slopes.

Coffee Bar
Coffee, tea, mugs for a complimentary starter package, 2 - 12 cup drip coffee machines and a french press. A frother is there for whipped topping.

Primary King Suite (2nd Floor)
This peaceful retreat offers a comfortable King bed with crisp and clean white bedding. 40 inch Roku TV, complimentary charging stations and luggage racks on it being a peaceful retreat with premium bedding, soft lighting, Roku TV, charging station, luggage rack, closet, and a quiet place to recharge with sitting chair next to a beautiful window view.

Double Queen Bedroom (First Floor)
This spacious room was designed with a Ski Lodge in mind. Complimentary charging station, Roku TV, and tory of a classic ski lodge. Mention the two queen beds, cozy mountain atmosphere, perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Bunk Room (2nd Floor)
Fun times to be had in the Lake House themed bunk room. This room is great for families and single adults. One single bed and a full-over-twin bunk bed provides plenty of space for everyone. his room sells itself. Charging dock and Roku TV complete the setting for a great sleepover.

Loft Game Room (2nd Floor)
Neon Boulder House sign sets the mood for a funky game room! Shuffleboard, arcade games, comfy futon that can be used as an additional sleeping space, is a greet room for hanging out after skiing, rainy days, and late-night competitions.

Bathrooms
First and Second Floor Full Bathrooms. Both bathrooms are stocked with makeup towels plush body towels and hairdryer of “2 bathrooms,” describe bright, stocked bathrooms with plush towels, makeup towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash (if you provide them), hair dryer, and hotel-like touches.

Deck
Outdoor spacious sitting and dinning area with peaceful wooded views. Large 4 burner grill perfect for group dinners! Relax out on the deck with a glass of wine. Kitchen is stocked with plastic outdoor wine glasses for your safety! The hot tub is directly located off the deck.

Fire Pit Area
Big Boulder Rocks perfectly placed around the fire pit area for additional seating along with Adirondack chairs and string lights

Treehouse
Woodland Treehouse Retreat perfect for adults and children. Kids can spend hours pretending and adults can sip wine or have morning coffee. Adult sized swing is hung from the bottom of the Treehouse for added fun. Kids are to be monitored by adults at all times with in or around the Treehouse. Safety is the first priority.

Hammock
A quiet place to read, nap, or simply enjoy the sounds of the woods.

Backyard
Peaceful wooded setting, open space for yard games like Corn hole. New hot tub.

Laundry Room
Full-size washer and dryer, detergent for starter use, and convenience for longer stays.

The Lake
Lake Harmony is a gorgeous private lake. For the summer months, guests can rent kayaks and paddleboards, or take a pontoon boat ride with adventures sports like waterskiing and tubing. All information for local attractions will be sent to you once booked.

Split Rock Resort
Take a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Split Rock Resort. This resort offers a movie theater, arcade, bowling area and water park - H2O. Kids will love this place and fills the time on those rainy days.

Take a walk outdoors! Gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood perfect for a family stroll, pet walking, or exercise. Take a short walk down to the lake with large grass area to take in the beautiful views. Grab a cocktail at the Split Rock outdoor bar and listen to music on weekend nights.

Great local restaurants are just a short drive around the lake! The famous Nick's Lakehouse has live bands and amazing food. Terra Cottage is perfect for breakfast, brunch or specialty coffee. Shenanigans is perfect for watching the big game or hanging out at Boomers Club for drinks with your friends. Kids will love Piggy's Restaurant & Hog Heaven Ice Cream.

- Please note that all guests will be required to sign a Short Term Rental Agreement, send proof of identity with valid driver's license. All guests must be 24 years of age to book a stay at Boulder House.
- Smoking must remain outdoors and all cigarette butts are required to be cleaned up as per or Rental Agreement. No Cannabis is allowed in or around the property.
- $75 pet fee per pet applies - we love pets but must keep our home clean for the next arrivals.
- Complimentary pack-n-play and high chair with booster seat is found in bedroom closets for your convenience.
- Please review our Short Term Rental Agreement entirely to ensure a safe and happy stay.
