Dream stay near the water for my birthday.

I absolutely loved the location and the views. I also love swimming in Cudgen Ck at high tide. I didn’t have my bike with me but I also love cycling on the boardwalk and all the way to Cabarita.

We were very happy there overall.

Not worth the price!!

the location is amazing and the view was fantastic!

There was no wifi, therefore no channel’s like Netflix, ect (wouldn’t normally care however it rained for 2 days so we were stuck inside and the internet connection was terrible in the old brick building). Also the batteries in the remotes were flat with no spares so couldn’t even watch normal TV as we couldn’t change channels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, and in the main bedroom it is a very small double bed so we ended up sleeping in the kids rooms on the two singles pushed together. The sheets and pillowcases were clean however the doona covers were stained and dirty and probably haven’t been washed properly in ages, same with the pillows in the living room, they were pretty gross actually. There is no aircon or ceiling fans, standing fans are provided but they’re loud and just push around hot air and dust. The kitchen equipment was dirty, we had to wash a set of everything prior to use, there is also no dishwasher so who knows how well everything gets cleaned prior to use. There was no salt or pepper in the shakers, no oil or spray provided either, which is a bit of a let down. Also only one toilet roll was provided for 4 days. We don’t mind bringing our own things but when it says it’s a fully equiped house like an Airbnb (which you can also get this apartment via Airbnb) you would expect the bare minimum. Basically you are paying for the view from the balcony and the location as it was 400m from the beach and 800m from all the shops/cafes. Otherwise the place is run down, not clean, very basic and definitely not worth the amount expected!! Would not return to this place and would not recommend.

This was the worst get away we have ever had. The property should not be listed for rent or at least disclose that it do

The listing failed to indicate the apartment did not have air conditioning or ceiling fans. As such for the hot weekend, this was the worst holiday ever The tv remote did not work so could not change tv channel The kitchen is fully equipped except a dishwasher. Everything is old and out of date This is a complete rip off for the money we paid. Never again

Loved the stunning river and sea views from the balcony, and the short distance to the centre of Kingscliff.

The location was perfect, and the apartment was a great size. It had everything we needed. A short walk to the main strip of shops, cafes and eateries. Amazing outlook over the river, to the sea - even spotted whales from the balcony. What a lovely location for a holiday.

Quite absolute waterfront. Spotlessly clean.

No beds require doona with cover in winter, only had a sheet and light bedspread. A dishwasher would be ideal so all dishes are clean on arrival.

Perfect getaway, plenty to do right on your doorstep,equally as nice dipping coffee on balcony taking in the ever changi

Perfect location, superb views, quiet. Spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen.

A little cold, a heater would be nice for those chilly winter nights.

We were not given the apartment we booked.

The location of the apartment is undoubtedly wonderful.

We were not given the apartment we booked. Instead of the light, airy third-floor apartment we booked, we were given a dark ground-floor apartment with little airflow. One of the two fans provided was broken. The keys to the lock were very sticky and difficult to operate. People who book this apartment should know that they may not actually get to stay in the apartment.

Rip off disgrace !!!

most overpriced facility I have rented in many years ! No fans, no air conditioning, no dish washer and not even an en suite. No garage so had to park on a narrow street. No second toilet. most disturbing the balcony rails are very low on the the verandah so you wouldn’t dare let little children have access to the area. Extremely dangerous. Won’t hesitate to tell as many people of our experience !!! Letting agent didn’t have a clue about the facility.

Loved the location

Was given the wrong key and had to call emergency number and wait while someone to open up. And then went out one evening to return and the outer door had been locked and didn’t have a key to that door , had to knock and disturb a neighbour.

Location was close to the main retail centre which was very helpful. key collection office was in walking distance to the accommodation. the apartment was big and well furnished

could not get garage door open so we parked on the street but that was not a big issue. advised reception at key return to look into it so next person would not have same issue.

W e were only there for two days and absolutely loved it. Great position. would definitely stay again.

The position was perfect. Such a gorgeous view and peaceful.

No air conditioning. No dishwasher which made the price probably a bit high.

The location is great. Nice open apartment. Overall was a comfortable stay.

It was a little tricky finding a parking spot. The cleaning standards are lacking. Used soap left in the shower cubicle. Under the main bed needs immediate attention, discovered this when chasing a cockroach. Plates, glasses & cutlery greasy and just rinsed under water. No dish washing liquid to wash up with. Had dishwasher sachets yet no dishwasher. No complimentary washing detergent to do a load of washing. Blankets in lounge need washing as there were marks/stains on them. We noted your request to have dishes done, rubbish removal etc yet there was nothing provided to assist with this request.

Great location - clean, well appointed apartment

I wouldn't go there in the hotter months as it has no ceiling fans. I tried the pedestal fans, which were so loud they sounded like there was a cesna airplane in my room so I had to turn it off. Also, couldn't unlock the garage

Location was why I booked it, fabulous

I forgot to see if it had a pool or spa . Also had stairs which was alright this visit but if you had older parents or very small children and lots of prams and stuff like our last holiday with family
