Nice property
I had problems getting into the room. The first time I used the last four digits on my mobile number didn't work so I went down to the ground level and tried to access the key collection box. This didn't work so I called the telephone number. The person who answered was clearly remote and seemed to have no idea how to help me get into my room. In frustration, I went back to the room, and I was able to access the room using the last four digits of my telephone number. This was a very frustrating experience.

Location is across road from surf club and great coffee
We had read the locks were an issue, we saw people struggling to enter at times. The keypad ocks were not great to use. Place needs a facelift, but hard to beat location.
