We had an absolutely wonderful stay at M Varkes Villa. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with a beautiful private garden and direct access to the beach just a few steps away.
For a family with children, the place was simply perfect. The garden gave the kids plenty of space to play, while we could relax on the veranda and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Having the sea so close made everything incredibly easy and turned our stay into a real holiday.
The villa was very comfortable for our whole family, with plenty of space, several bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed for a longer stay. We especially loved the outdoor area, the privacy and the feeling of having our own little corner by the sea.
The location is also excellent – quiet and relaxing, but close enough to Nea Potidea, Nea Moudania and Thessaloniki for shopping or a day out.
Our hosts were kind, responsive and helpful from the very beginning, and communication was easy throughout our stay.
We came looking for a peaceful family holiday and M Varkes gave us exactly that – sunshine, sea, long evenings on the veranda and wonderful memories with our children and parents.
We left with very warm memories and sincerely hope to return – next time, perhaps for two weeks. ❤️

Großartige Lage direkt am Strand, sehr gut eingerichtet und gut zu erreichen (mit Mietauto).
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber - sehr flexibel und reaktionsschnell. Herzliches willkommenspaket und auch sonst viel schon vorhanden, was man sonst einkaufen müsste (Gewürze, Kaffee, Öl und Essig, Obst und duschmittel) - alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Aufgrund des kühlen und bewölkten Wetters war es nicht ganz einfach trotz Sonnenkollektoren genügend heisswasser zu haben. Die Wasserhahnen dürften wieder mal entkalkt werden (Waschbecken und duschen). Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

The villa was incredible – it had absolutely everything you could think of, down to the smallest detail. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were huge. The yard was expansive, with several seating areas to enjoy every corner. The hosts had thought of everything one might need to feel comfortable and, of course, to fully enjoy the view – and as for the view, words simply aren’t enough.

We had the privilege to have a wonderful stay at M Varkes villa. The villa was perfect for our numerous group of 11 people. It is very well equipped and clean and the host was careful and welcoming. The beach at the end of yard, the proximity of Nea Moudania, the easy access and all the facilities made the time spent there wonderful. We hope to come back and repeat our extraordinary experience.
