It was the most comfortable place we stayed in Greece! Spiros was attentive, welcoming and an extremely generous host. H
Easiest and most welcoming check-in, from a stocked fridge and pantry to a saved carpark space. Amazing! Loved the house layout and amenities. Had all the right touches, like beach towels and umbrellas. Loved the outdoor spaces and almond tree. Easy to walk places and had some delicious food in the neighborhood.
Everything was fine, even the roadworks as they didn’t start til late and were very friendly!

Spiros is a great host. Friendly, helpful and his property is wonderful.

Perfect house at perfect location, Spiros who is a host of the house is the best person we met.
We liked everything. The house is amazing, all the amenities are perfect and everything functions great. The rooms are big enough and comfortable, there are two bathrooms that are perfectly clean and nice, the kitchen is great and perfectly equipped. Garden is very nice, we had a barbecue outside which was very convenient.
We don’t have anything that we didn’t like.

Best vacation home we have ever stayed in.
Spiros took such good care of us. He stocked the fridge and cabinets, so we would have everything we need upon beginning our stay. This is the cleanest property I have personally ever stayed in, and it had all of the amenities we required and more (a lovely outdoor patio and shower, washing machine, juicer, tea kettle, espresso maker, etc.) Everything was perfect, including the location. The harbor is one block down, the ferry port is a 5 minute walk, and there is a supermarket and restaurants 1 block away. Best vacation stay so far. If I could rate Nauticum higher than 10/10, I would. Definitely would recommend and would love to return for vacation! Thanks Spiros!

Exceptional
Nauticum City House is just the right place to stay while in Kefalonia! Situated at the beginning of Argostoli Town, within walking distance from the main shopping area, cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The property was well maintained & extremely clean! The villa is spacious with two large master bedrooms (each room has each own bathroom) & has all the bathroom amenities anyone could need. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. The outdoor area of the villa is quiet big and has two tables to sit/ relax & with a playground area (suitable for young guests) & there is even an outside shower available at the property (convenient when coming back from a long beach day)! Spyros (our host) was excellent & assisted with every need and request that we had. We stayed two couples for four nights and enjoyed every moment in Nauticum City House. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you very much Spyros for a memorable stay!

Exceptional
Our host Spiros was extremely helpful. The property was beautiful and very well equipped. Handy for the port, restaurant and shops. Would thoroughly recommend. We were two adult couples but also great for family with children.
