Zakopane Christmas stay

Loved the location and apartment, very near and tidy, spacious. Modern facilities, comfortable beds.

Minor issue of waiting 24 hours for enough towels for occupants and having to chasing up the towels. Need clearer/direct checkin instructions for those who do not speak the local language.
